We had a great evening at Casa Scaligeri. The location is excellent for a short stay in Sirmione with everything walkable. The room was excellent - very quiet (despite being in a very busy area) and with all amenities. Of particular note was the great help we received with recommendations on what to do and where to eat and general helpfulness to facilitate an early check out with breakfast ready to go. Highly recommended to visit.

We had a remarkable stay here, beyond the week appointed excellent accommodations at the best physical location in Sirmione (just past the castle, after where you can't really drive anymore anyway! Made for a much shorter walk with luggage than others who stayed further down the peninsula), the service and integration of private transportation (from train station private vans, to navigating time tables for the ferry station!) and recommendations and staff calling restaurants to make reservations for us was above and beyond (Tanina is AMAZING and I still can't believe she doesn't own the hotel, she took such pride and ownership over providing an exceptional experience!). As an American and gay couple discovering Lake Garda for the first time, we felt very, very welcomed. Thank you so much for the memorable, and truly remarkable, stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The concierge gave us spot on advice and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The location was ideal for sightseeing and getting the best gelato. The breakfast was also phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

This resort area is a bit inaccessible - that's where the SERVICE comes in. Tanina has the ability to make you feel like you are staying with your family. The communication is just right - every question is anticipated and answered almost before you know to ask! How do we visit other towns on Lake Garda? Where can we find the best gelato? What about a restaurant for a romantic dinner? We want to explore on foot - what path do you recommend. Tanina has you covered, like a mama but with the utmost respect. We ate great food, discovered Bardolino and did some shopping, saw the historical sights and even caught a local church choir practicing through a street-level open window! If you stay at this property, you will literally have no worries. A fabulous breakfast around the corner is included daily. Tanina will give you a map and the inside scoop on everything. Our only suggestion for improvement is to do the repairs for the damages caused by a previous guest in suite 202 and to dispense with the chemical "air fresheners" which are toxic. The air God has created is superior!

This hotel was phenomenal! From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcomed by the front desk staff. Parking off site was easy and the shuttle in was quick and easy. The room was wonderfully air conditioned and modern but in a very old building (I think 1500s). Walking distance to countless restaurants - but take the staff’s recommendation because we didn’t one night and it was a dud. Breakfast was unbelievably good and the service was outstanding. The free beach chairs down at Jamaica Beach were a nice touch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Don’t hesitate to book!

The rooms are modern, clean, and very spacious. We received amazing service and were so appreciative of the restaurant recommendations, as well as how to space out our itinerary items. Our receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful and gave us recommendations for lunch and dinner. She was also able to book reservations for us which was so great. The room was ready for us earlier than the stated check-in and there was plenty of complimentary items for us to use.

What a gem! Plus the area around the place is astonishingly gorgeous and interesting. It sits on a peninsula (actually an island at the end of the peninsula) which you get to be crossing the bridge over water to the castle complex! Great hosts as well.
