The water was not hot,radiators didn’t work and black mould all around the bath.Could be really good if refurbished and updated.

Staff all really attentive, caring and personable. All working hard with some new starters learning on the job and clearly trying their best. Really nice to see a team supporting each other. Contemporary room was well fitted but in need a good deep clean particularly the bathroom.

Was exactly what I needed easy to find check in easy room was as expected and had all amenities I needed, even had room service

Hotel is clean, modern and furbished to a high standard, with staff who are attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good - just missing a bowl of fresh fruit salad. The only quibble is that the bedroom walls are paper-thin and I had the misfortune to be next door to a guest who watched the TV until 3am which gave me a disturbed night’s sleep. The management did apologise but, ultimately, the issue was largely beyond their control other than they could display signs in bedrooms requesting guests to respect other residents by keeping noise to a minimum between (say) midnight and 7am?

Idea location for my stop prior to my meeting in Blackburn the following day. Parts of the room smelt of wet dog the carpets were not very clean and noted cob webbs on the ceiling. Restaurant food and service was excellent.

Decent Room, Decent View, Decent Food, Friendly Staff, Good Wifi. Don't really need much else for a business trip.

Walls are very thin. One night we were kept awake as couple next door were very very excited and loud.

It’s a nice place but sadly soooo noisy! The walls in between the rooms are thin and you can here people in the adjoining rooms but the worst was the drunk people chatting in the corridor til past 3 am ( I know the hotel isn’t responsible for that.) The room was clean and comfortable but the towels were a bit past there best. I’m disabled and the disabled parking isn’t too close to the entrance and I had asked for an accessible bathroom but didn’t get one, however the cooked breakfast was good but the continental was a bit lacking with small vacuum packed cheeses, no fruit salad and unappealing pastries. I think that on the whole I wouldn’t return here.
