We had the suite. Very luxury. Only for toilet you had to take the stairs. Excellent breakfast and friendly personnel.

Nice, well designed modern hotel, with friendly efficient staff in a perfect location. The restaurant was good value and had a cosy atmosphere. Convenient parking nearby.

The hotel room was big and clean, the poeple workingg there are nice. The only problem is that you have to pay additional cost for spa!!! A spa hotel should AT LEAST have sauna and Jacuzi for free (and hammam if possible). Paying for additional services like massage is normal, but NOT for the sauna.

Friendly and helpful staff, great food and close to Grote Markt yet quiet. Absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

Really nice boutique hotel, central located, walking distance to everywhere friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is just perfect. I spent one night for business in room 201 and the room is beautiful. Regarding the service, I thought it was very professional, received a phone call to confirm at what time I was arriving, the breakfast service was also very personal and with care. Thank you very much for the overall experience.

We had a wonderful weekend in hotel Katoen.Beautiful hotel with fresh ideas. Very nice terras and friendly personnel especially the lady owner. There were a few things who were less: the comfortroom we stayed in was too small for Dutch standard. The diner was tasteful but we went somewhere els to eat fish and lobster (lobster is now very good in this season) the second night. We expected a more spe cial breakfast( 4 star hotel ).The buffet had good cold cuts and cheese,juices and fruitsalade. But the scrambled eggs we did not eat second day and there was only one tasty fresh bread . I was very surprised to see in the 'containers'where you find normally good warm stuff to see a lady fill them with bread coming right out a plastic bag and the FEW croissants and danish where very brown and not fresh. Luckily good coffee. We would like to visit again if they improve a few things. It could be outstanding but it is now only good.
