This is just a clean, well-run, budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location. There is nothing magical about it, but it is clean, and the team is professional. A very good option if you're looking for an efficient stay in Beaune.

Pleasant stay, excellent location. Staff was friendly. Special thanks to the kind gentleman working the breakfast- we arrived 5 minutes prior to the breakfast finishing as we were adjusting the time change. He was very accommodating, made us coffee and fresh orange juice and made us feel welcome.

Great value for money in Beaune. Excellent location, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are basic but what you would expect for this type of hotel.

Very convenient. Great air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. One recommendation is to rid of the crappy paper cups in the room and provide glasses.

The staff is very friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was vert clean and it’s a perfect location to visit Beaune.

The staff is very friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was vert clean and it’s a perfect location to visit Beaune.

This three night stay was blighted by a complete lack of internet from Saturday morning until we left on Monday. Whilst the issue was outside the control of the hotel, some notices to tell guests about the issue should have been posted. In fact, it was only after my wife suggested this to the duty manager that this was done after 36 hours. Why do hotels post meaningless notices in their bathrooms about towels? Claiming to be eco-friendly, they suggest you hang up your towels if you don’t want them changing. Countless times in hotels we do precisely that and the housekeeping staff completely ignore it and change the towels regardless. This hotel followed that same route although they left them the first day, but the second day, they were whisked away. What a complete waste of water, electricity and time! Call your housekeeping staff in and brief them, or take the meaningless notices out of the bathrooms and remove claims of eco-friendliness from your websites. It may be a small issue to some, but drives ups mad!

Good quality for a reasonable price.

Lovely clean, minimalist rooms which are a good size. Breakfast was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
