Very well presented and clean property, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to long-term car park and within walking distance of centre and all attractions.

This was a lovely guesthouse with a massive public car park directly behind it. The car park isn’t free, but a very reasonable price. The owner came to greet us at the door and was very friendly. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had extra things I didn’t expect like shampoo and shower gel. There is a bus stop just outside which is convenient if you need to travel but a little noisy especially as we had windows open as it was very hot when we stayed. I would suggest ear plugs if you think you might need to have windows open a lot. The noise didn’t stop us sleeping. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cannot be faulted. There’s also a small buffet with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We were very well fed. The guesthouse is about 15 min walk from the town centre so very convenient to all the main sites and we felt safe walking in the dark. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

Stunning accommodation 8 minutes walk into the center of bath. The room was to a very high spec, hypnos mattress, so comfortable. Breakfast ws amazing. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

A lovely space. Giacomo was wonderful to communicate with. Very responsive and personable The location was easy walking distance to the sites and downtown. Breakfast was more than we could have anticipated and everyone so friendly.

Great rooms, a bit hard to find public parking but once we did it was convenient. Lovely English breakfast served the next day, very happy with it! Would recommend this place to families visiting Bath!

Room was very nice, clean. Parking is a distance away. Overnight parking ends before breakfast is served so you had to add 4 hours of parking, if you stay for breakfast.
