Clean, modern room that’s close to the pier. Good choice for the price

Clean and comfortable room. If you’re in an ocean view it’s over the rooftop of a restaurant so that detracts somewhat but overall great stay. The location is fantastic and they had free parking!

We stayed here before we flew home from LAX and it was gorgeous views of the ocean and very integrated into the downtown entertainment area. Very walkable and amenities close were perfect. Will stay here everytime we fly out of LAX

I have stayed here before several times and liked it, but this time the AC was broken and they did nothing to fix it and didn't change our room and I could barely sleep it was so hot. So we left the slider open for air, but this was a slight security risk and that made me nervous. Very poor night's sleep..

Second time staying here… location can’t be beat. Staff is super helpful and friendly. AC units are a bit loud and the walls are thin but other than that, I would stay here again!

Our stay couldn’t be faulted. The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were a good size and our balcony gave us a great view of the beach and sunset. The only thing I could fault was the communication before our stay.

A good place to stay if you just want a basic room for sleeping and be at a good location near the beach. Quite clean, spacious, and a deck that for us had a partial ocean view. Easy, free parking, though some beachgoers parked there, so it filled up. No regular attendee at front desk. Must use phone. Next time, we'll likely pay more and stay across the street at Beach House.

Hotel is located very close to the beach as well as bars and restaurants. My only suggestion is that the front desk is never occupied. When I checked in nobody there, when I checked out nobody there and even when I had questions during my stay, wait for it, nobody there. They have a phone that you need to dial, when I checked in they answered but never the other times I went to the desk.

We had an amazing time. The hotel is in a great location, beds were super comfortable and having a fridge, microwave, and all of the little things made it stand out. We definitely want to stay here again. Only thing missing was the e ice machine was broken. Hopefully that is fixed next time we stay. Great job Grandview Inn!

Zubin made our stay comfortable, parking was easy, and the room was spacious, clean and in very good shape. Nothing fancy: but it does the job and provides a great base for a beach vacation and exploring LA's west side and south bay.

The property is a good location for Hermosa Beach Pier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only issue is that it was a bit noisy. I could hear everyone come in and out and flush toilets in the next room.
