We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites.
Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room.
Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days.

It was amazing! Check in staff were lovely and very professional….The room was beautiful, it had everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the small shower

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to floor 67. The view was amazing. The location was in walking distance to most attractions. The pool was great.

Excellent value for money in the 2-bedroom suite. Spacious, clean, amazing view (a tourist highlight in itself). Walking bridge access to Southbank is great as well.

While our apartment was quite nice the lighting, particularly in the bathrooms, was rather dim and depressing. The televisions were not very user-friendly and I had to have someone come up and help me figure out how to cast Netflix and YouTube onto the television. This was quite an expensive hotel and for the money I would think that they would have certain amenities. No restaurants, bars, concierge or, gift and snack shop. No robes to go down to the pool. The pool was nice enough but no chairs around the pool to sit and relax. In order to watch my grandson swim I just had to stand beside the pool. One very positive thing was the customer service. We called at different times for different reasons and they always appeared very quickly with what we requested.

Staff at reception were fantastic, room was a good size and very comfortable mattress. I would have rated the cleanliness higher if more attention was paid to the nooks and cranny’s of the room. Other than that fantastic and looking forward to our next stay.

Fantastic apartment, great location for the footy. Unfortunately rail works nearby overnight, but clean plenty of room and secure access.

The hotel cancelled our booking due to flooding with no assistance to find new hotel. Expedia staff didnt assist either. We had to find a hotel on our own. Terrible experience overall

Only issue I could point out is that when having shower, a lot of water leaks from the shower screen area and inundating the floor outside the shower cubicle and becoming a slippery hazard.
