My stay was good. I had 5th floor room with a lift service. Clean with a good shower, safe surface in shower. Towels could be a bit bigger. The temp in room was fine for me but might not suit others, breakfast adequate but you had to pay for it. V friendly staff and no problem to leave my bag at reception until l was leaving for the airport.

One night stay whilst attending a concert at wembley. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Room was big and perfect for a family. Had a mini fridge, iron, kettle etc. Very safe area with good transport links amd a huge waitrose next door with a good cafe.

The property was excellent value for money to stay in London, in particular the proximity to Wembley Stadium.

A very basic hotel , reception and breakfast area is quite small and I would imagine at breakfast time there isn’t a lot of space.

What a fabulous choice of hotel for our visit to London to see Taylor Swift.
We arrived before 1pm and were greeted by polite, friendly helpful staff who allowed us to check in early. Check in process was simple and speedy and we were given key cards to our rooms. ( 1 of which had a free upgrade to a family room).
Before we left reception we were handed a printed slip of paper with details of all travel options; buses and trains to help us get to Wembley Stadium easily and safely. This proved invaluable and an excellent touch to making the trip and experience run smoothly. The bus stop was directly outside the hotel and was a 5 minute ride to the Harrow bus station which was situated next door to the tube station that allowed us to get to Wembley easily.
When we got to our rooms, they were light and airy and spacious. Lovely and clean with a condoned and large bathroom.
There was a fridge, safe, iron, fans, a heater and drink facilities.
We were able to order food into our room via Uber eats without issue and this helped us prepare for our evening —- and also when we returned after the concert.
The staff were brilliant when we returned to hotel at approx 1am. Nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed extra tea and milk for our drinks.
Check out in the morning was simple and again the staff were pleasant and wished us safe journey home and thanked us for our stay. I would highly recommend and would have no doubts in booking again if I were to visit in the future.

Great to stay in for seeing a concert at Wembley, just a short Uber/ bolt journey away. Lots of street parking nearby too. We thought the room was clean and appreciated the fridge. Friendly staff on the phone and arrival. Overall good for a 3* hotel and would use again.
