They said that there was no romm available for 3 people. We paid for two rooms but one of the rooms was with beds for three. I was too tired to discuss and restart check in.

The staff in this hotel were "amazingly friendly and very caring. The hotel room were very small and the beds were very small and used single foam not mattress. For an elderly its very dangerous as they can sit and the whole foam can collapse. There is no hand or face towels just 2 bath towel. There was no cleaning of the room till the 3rd day of stay. The elevator fits about 2-4 but very small and slow specially when your on the top floor. The breakfast was dissapointing. Was expecting lots of fresh fruits but only watermelon sitting from overnights as the sides are dried out and hard melons as well as mushy pineapples. The bread was hard and the eggs were mixed with some other products that didn't taste like eggs. The fresh juice tasted from concentrated. The best part was the coffee machine made great cappuccino. The price was fair and location was good next to supermarket and mall and transportation.

It's a great location if you have to stay in Mogi das Cruzes. It's by far the best accomodation and it has a good breakfast buffet too. The comfort is Ibis standard but compared to any other hotel in Mogi das Cruzes, would be the most comfortable.

I found this hotel to be comfortable and accommodating. The room that I had was pretty small. but it was fine for just myself. If my wife had been with me, it would have been a tight squeeze. There was a nice view of the city of Mogi. *The only problems that I had was that the night clerk was "confused" about the rate that I had booked the room at the difference in the fluctuation and change of the Dollar to Real conversion. I told him that the exchange rate was moot,and I was only going to pay the rate I had booked it at. The next day I spoke with the manager, and he made sure that it was billed properly. *The parking valet was a cranky old man, and he was quite rude to my driver on several occasions when he came to pick me up. Hassling him about blocking the driveway, which didn't happen. I was loading and unloading my luggage.
