Excellent location and clean room. However, the room was on the first floor, facing the ducts and machines from the ventilation system. These machines block the view from the window and are very noisy (all night).

This hotel is very modern, clean, new, BUT YOU CANNOT REST.
FIRST MORNING. the cleaning lady knocks in EVERY room multiple times very hard and yells “LAVANDERIA” at 7 am on a Saturday. Of course I complained, they said that they don’t do it in rooms that have the do not disturb sign. But it wakes you up anyways.
After that, every single person that closed their door, can be heard it slams very hard, and the room seems tonhave ultra thin doors.
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The same, the noise in the hallway, can be very much heard in my room. Phone conversations, people greeting others, people telling someone else to hurry, or see you in the elevator. It seems like they are doing it inside your room.
Saturday night, there was a wedding on the rooftop, so drunk people where all night and dawn stumbling on the halls shouting, no security whatsoever.
The location is excellent, it could have been the perfect hotel, but the noise, and the slamming doors, I heard the telephone conversations, from the people netx to my room and also of two people that stepped outside their room. As id they, were sitting next to me.
Stay there if you are the kind of person that sleeps through everything. If not I simply do not recommend, eve if it has one of the best locations in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Monterrey, NL

The hotel smells a little awkward , it has a great terrace in wich a pool or jacuzzi would be great! That is the only thing missing !

Not great front desk service, they charge you in pesos, so they convert from usd to Mexican peso at a high exchange rate, then your US bank convertir it to usd at a lower exchange rate, I ended up paying almost 20% more than what I suppose to pay.

When you take a shower the water come out of the shower. You need to put a gasket in the shower door because the water comes out and the bath floor is flooded when you come out of the shower. So you need to dry it with several towels because the rug and one towel is not enough to get the floor dry. That is the only inconvinience that I notice in the roo otherwise everything is excelent.

The rooms were very small. No room for your clothes, only had two small drawers. It’s classified as a hotel for business travel. Not too family friendly. Restaurant is under staffed, especially for breakfast. Very unwelcoming. The hotel looks very nice and elegant, but needs help in the service portion.

Location is excellent. However, in the 2 nights we stayed, we were not able to sleep, room face the back of the hotel and every night at 3:00am a trailer park to unload. I understand they are working - but can reschedule delivery time. I did not have hot water. I rented 5 rooms - business other visitors and 2 of them with similar comments.

The location is very good and convenient. The property is brand new, but it has some water-drainage problems in the terrace. It started to rain and water from the terrace was getting into our room, through a leak from the room's ceiling. Fortunately, our stuff did not get wet.
My complaint is with house kipping. When we went to our room to get our stuff in, there were hairs in several areas of the room including the bathroom. I was under the impression that they had not cleaned the flooring at all.
After the ceiling leak we were transferred to another room and again there were hairs everywhere. Somebody needs to supervise house kipping. When we reported the incident at the front desk they did not even apologize or say anything other than it was going to be reported.
