Great place to stay - pub is nice and food is good. Price is good too. Room was nice. I had a very excellent interaction with housekeeping (Leanne) - who's communication was fantastic.

The cleaning staff were really helpful and friendly. One of the staff helped my husband upstairs with his suitcase as he had a bad back. Check in was a bit of a kuffafle as we arrived during Sunday Roast lunch service and the Reception was located near the end of the tables. You cannot see it from the entrance. Food not so good. The steaks we ordered were really chewy gristly even though we ordered two types of steak and medium rare. The shopping centre is very close as were other restaurants.

Very basic twin room, bed too narrow and nowhere to put anything, just small hanging space with a shelf under! Nowhere to put anything in bathroom either. Window didn't fit properly and after complaining some workmen came whilst we were still in bed and after asking them to come back later were told we couldn't get it repaired unless they could do it immediately, so couldn't get it done as I'm an invalid and can't do anything quickly!
Also the air conditioning didn't work correctly it would be cold about 4.00pm then absolutely roasting during the night, my pillow was soaked every night!
The only good thing was the TV system.

We have stayed here before and thought it to be quite clean and comfortable. This time there were stained pillowcases and the bathroom was a bit grubby. The attached restaurant was also in need of a deep clean.

Excellent value for money and a great central position to visit different areas. For us, it was to see different beaches.

Canterbury bell, easy to access & lots of free parking. Direct loop buses into Margate, Ramsgate & surrounding areas (we primarily stayed here for a gig at Dreamland in Margate) Westwood cross shopping centre was an added bonus. Room was pleasant, clean & spacious..staff very friendly including the lovely gentleman on reception and the cleaners (respectful of the do not disturb sign, but happy to help with clean towels and replenish tea station in room) AC in room was a blessing! The rooms are across the road from the main restaurant (which is nice for peace & quiet) the food in the restaurant was very yummy. We will definitely be back. Thank you

The rooms are run down and average. At 2am the porter started going up and down the corridors and stairs with bags of laundry. Crashing through doors. I hear people complaining at the time only to met with, oh, oh yeah sorry. Then the noise continued till 3am.
