Broken elevator. Poor communication as to where to park our charter bus. Manager accused us of just trying to be difficult. On the fourth floor and not physically fit so walking up, the stairs was an issue.

The place was amazing! Could stand for more parking but other than that there were no complaints at all. Was a very clean place. Had a full furnished kitchen. Staff were very kind! Overall very nice place and stay! We will be back!

Our room and the staff were amazing! We had a full kitchen with utensils and pans and stuff. Rooms were very clean and large. Entire hotel was clean and smelled amazing. Staff was very polite and great. Only thing that we did have a problem with was parking. We had to park in lot across the street the second night but was no biggie. It was still a part of their parking but not directly in their lot. We would definitely stay again! We had 4 rooms and they were ALL very clean and amazing!

It was very comfortable and nice. Easy to get to. Had everything we needed for an extended stay. Wa able to warm food up in the stove top and eat a meal. Great experience!

My flight was cancelled in Fort Lauderdale, I couldn't reach my night at this hotel... I told them not charge me because of this, I offered proof of the cancelled flight but they didn't matter... intolerance is the best word for this people in the hotel.

The property seemed nice and clean. Check in was at 3 but wasn’t able to check in until later due to the room being cleaned while others were checking in with no issue. The room was VERY nice, with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher the place was like home. Only complaint was the AC unit. Although the temp was set to 65-71 the room would not cool and was at a constant 82-84. Great staff, great appearance. Very recommended.

The staff is rude bordering on hostile. And when we asked about a shower chair for the roll in shower they first offered us a patio chair and then flipped out on us. The finally allowed us to cancel but took 4 days to process refund. They also took a $150 incidental charge and another $127 on top of hotel charge which left us out $800 until refunded processed. Total mess.

The only complaint I saw was the bedding the blanket had a stain on it. It was quickly replaced, but I did not notice a hole and someone lip stick on sheet until later in the day. Rather than the bedding the hotel was kept clean.
