Enjoyed our stay, the staff very helpful and the hotel was clean and up to date. We got an upgraded room with asking. Food and drink available on site as well as local restaurants. Good parking and facilities.

Lovely spot above the lake. Nice bars nearby. Quite a long way to the waterfront (not the ten minutes that the reception staff will tell you).

Had a good stay. Staff were professional and friendly, and the pool was large and nice. Our next stay in Garda will probably be closer to Sirmione, though

This is a hotel with a lot of rooms, mainly a hotel for families going to Lake Garda and not to Gran Canaries or similar. But the rooms are small. The lobby, and parts of the hotels are newly fixed, but most of the hotel looks old, and really needs a refresh. In our room, the closet was about to fall down, the drawers already were falling down and the AC was not able to tackle the 33 Celsius outside.
Its also worth mentioning the pool area, were the chaos was complete. Everybody let towels occupy the sunbeds over night and the staff did nothing.
They also offer happy hour, and concerts in the bar - so if this is your thing - this is your hotel.

A good hotel, in a good location. We booked a half board, and we were lucky to have a gala dinner the day we arrived - what a surprise! Breakfast was also very good. The unit was big, 2 rooms with a kitchen and a balcony, nice and clean.
