Not so good…lighting in the room was terrible. Thermostat fan was running even with it off. At check in nothing about amenities were explained so we were aware of them. Door lock to stairs was broken and we had to use a rock to keep door open as we were unloading our car.

We loved the hotel. We felt like it was absolutely perfect for our pets and the employees were SO accommodating. Some solid restaurants adjacent to the hotel. We would return but things we’d improve next time: Softer bed (was VERY hard), sink wasn’t emptying well, shower had minimal pressure.
The employees were great. The common areas were excellent and very pretty.

Aloft was the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in. Everyone who works there was very friendly! The whole place was clean and nice. I give it a 10 … I will definitely stay here again!!! O and the beds are so comfortable you feel like you're sleeping on clouds!

I love staying at the Aloft hotels. The staff is always so friendly and helpful if needed. The room is always clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Great hotel in a good location. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Was having a rough day and needed a quiet place with a hot shower. The shower was big and the pressure was solid. Spent some time at the bar as well, the staff was friendly and attentive. My stay was perfect!
