Friendly staff, conveniently located, easy access to the highway, several options for dining in the vicinity.

Upon arrival myself and my business partner realized that both beds had not been cleaned and changed out. I went to the washroom upon arrival, when I came out my business partner mentioned all the hairs on his bed, I lift down my sheets to find a mess of male body hair and even woolies that had come from between the guys tied after removing his socks and crawling in bed. Normally, I am not one to complain but I quickly went downstairs to the desk and asked to be moved to a new room. The second room had clean beds but still had dry grass on the carpet near the wing chair. It think this hotel needs to improve the cleaning of its rooms, I will not be staying her at the next Tradeshow.

I like the fact that the are is quiet. However, I was ennoyed by other residents who let their kids running in the hall way and knocking on loudly on our room door.

Room was really nice and spacious. But bathroom lock was jammed. I informed the front desk 5 minutes after I checked in but they couldn't send someone to fix it or give me another room.

Great place and excellent service. Front desk agent was knowledgeable and helpful. The gym and the pool were very nice and a great addition to the service as well.

Very comparable to a Hampton. It is becoming a bit threadbare. The associated restaurant is quite good. English speaking is OK.

Instead of charging for a bottle of water, charge me an extra 5.00 a night… it just seems so cheap…

They only come to the room when requested, only found this out when checking out. Not all but most reception staff could care less. On other hand restaurant was fantastic.

Clean bedroom, lobby and pool area. Welcoming agents at the reception. Room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed great for 4 people. I liked my stay, thank you.
