Just perfect for those on a quick trip and budget minded. Great restaurant/bars within short driving distance.
Front door could use some attention as it is not sealed and you can hear all the noise.

Decent location but needs modernization. Once you book you get what you get irregardless of length of stay. Just be aware of the fact that they are not a hotel and don’t provide services like a hotel, which you won’t find out until after you book or need something like towels. Also. if you have a maintenance request it may or may not get handled because even if they respond it is not necessarily from someone at the property. If you are staying longer than a week you will need to bring more essentials than they provide and make sure you have quarters for the laundry machines if you need to wash your clothes.

What a lovely place. We evacuated from the west coast to the east coast to get away from Hurricane Milton and this place was really nice and friendly, Clean, Quiet and we had a enjoying stay. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a nice clean place to getaway for a day or week.

The place was over the top clean. Pool water was pristine. On site management (Susie) could not do enough in a special circumstance that required quick attention.

This is the second time we stayed here. I prefer a first floor apartment but we managed with the second floor. I don’t mind the no housekeeping or cleaning during our stay. I would like better garbage bags. It’s a pleasant place to stay.

When we arrived, there was a little glitch, I made the reservations in my name, Donna, however I used my husband's credit card for the Security Deposit, therefore we were not given a code for the door. The Property Manager was very helpful and told us that she did see that we had a reservation. Since it was raining hard, she allowed us to go into the unit but said that we should contact the listing agent. Once I received a message about the credit card and used mine, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay and is looking forward to staying there again. Location and accommodations were great!

Cons:
-door had large gap that let knats in.
- large window next to door would not lock.
-no bath spigot and drain would not seal.
-Tv did not work entire week.
-spotty wifi that did not work 3/4 of time.
- people walking around the area that i swear i could have asked for drugs.
- wife and daughter did not feel safe there.
- could not use the laundry mat on premises from 10:00-4:00 because that was when housekeeping used it.
- landlord special on the walls and trim, just slap another coat of paint on it.

- gas station next door had a good selection.

I do wish the pool was open later or not closed at all but I understand liability issues come into play. Anytime I texted the company about anything, I was answered promptly. We did experience an electrical outage in the area of no fault of the property owners. They communicated essential details to us. Awesome place. Going back next weekend!!

I notified them twice about the issue and received assurance that it would be fixed and each day we returned to an unlocked door that was not fixed. Yes, the price is right, but is at the cost of your safety.

Everything Was satisfactory and Up to standards, no major issues whatsoever.The others guests was very nice and outgoing the staff ws also nice and great to be around.
Susie was an angel to work with and her cleaning staff was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be back to stay again in the near future were
