Good location just outside of London, only took us 45 minutes to get to the centre which was ideal. You get what you pay for, the rooms are very basic and wasn’t serviced once in 3 nights, there was 2 of us staying and we only got provided with a bath mat and 1 towel which wasn’t enough considering they weren’t replaced while we were there. Some concerns over their fire procedure and staff not helpful at all, fire alarm went off in the morning intermittently so we went down the stairs next to our room to reach the bottom floor and there was no door handle and the door was locked, there was only a doorbell which we rang and no member of staff came to us, I had to ring reception to ask them what was going on to which they told us we didn’t need to evacuate, some red flags there seeing that no one told us it was a drill and the door out the fire exit was locked meaning we were stuck. The room we stayed in was also an ‘accessible’ room with a wet room but it was on the 7th floor meaning if someone staying was in a wheelchair they wouldn’t be able to evacuate in a fire. If you want basic accommodation just outside London it’s ideal but a lot of safety concerns especially if you need an accessible hotel.

Great as usual, the room is big and comfortable, clean and convenient for the East Croydon station. The only downside was that people next door were loud till early hours, not rowdy, just having loud arguments. Otherwise very good.

Very basic, very small room, but generally clean and secure. Great if you just need a bed for the night. We will use this hotel again in future.

Well...
Arrived to the property to find a car park covered in smashed glass, rubbish all over the car park.
Once inside there was nobody to check in with but staff stood chatting even after seeing me standing there. Eventually one of the staff checked me in. That night i couldn't sleep, woke at midnight ish to find bugs in the bed. I went to find someone however once again nobody around nobody to help. I packed up and left. The next day I contacted the hotel to see if i can get another room or a refund if another room wasn't possible, they explained because I didn't speak to anyone i couldn't receive either!!
I spoke to the customer service team here who couldn't do anything! So not only am i down an overpriced hotel but had to spend to stay elsewhere. AVOID this hotel- disgusting overpriced dirt hole

As advertised, the rooms are as basic as possible. Just a bed and a tv in n the room and a fixed coat hanger on the wall. Sockets both mains and usb either side of the bed were handy. Bathroom with sink toilet and shower was clean and well presented. A bit of street noise could be heard even after closing the secondary window. For an overnight stay and morning freshen up it was perfect for me. If you expect more then go elsewhere.

you do have the minimum - only the bed and bathroom . No table or chair to put your stuff on

Great location, nice area and near to the station and restaurants and stores like 5 min walking you can go directly to London center from the train station, buy to small room and the worst part was the beds. They are super uncomfortable and I feel the springs all over my body.

You get what you pay for I suppose... the air conditioning turning itself off automatically every hour throughout the night in the height of summer resulting in the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The shower curtain in the wet room also did not pull across at all unless you were tall enough to reach the curtain rail and manually remove and reattach the curtain rings.
The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame that the room was abysmal.

The room was clean and neat, but there were no bags in the garbage, which meant that the container itself was dirty and it made it more challenging to throw out food products. It was closely located to the train station, however it was sometimes noisy with all the trams going by. Also within a few minutes walk of a small grocery store and lots of restaurants. I wish there was a place to store items or a side table to put stuff on.

Very small room. No place to put your belongings, not even end tables. No closet. Shower, toilet and sink all share the same floor space so be prepared to stand on a wet floor while using the toilet/sink haha. This hotel says they remove the frills/extras to reduce cost.. They go a bit far. At least give me a table and a chair??

Stayed for 1 night in an inside room with no windows.
Check in was easy, the guy on reception was very polite and happy to help.
The hotel itself was clean, but that’s where the good stops.
The room was ok for £69, didn’t mind not having windows, after all I was only sleeping there. The bed however was extremely uncomfortable and very loud and creaky. The according to a sign on the wall, the aircon should be able to work constantly from 6pm however the time was not set correctly so it was turning off every hour (and continued to do so even after it reached 6pm on the aircon clock). The aircon would not turn on to cool, I assumed this was just a feature as I’ve stayed places where this is the case, but in the morning something happened and all of a sudden I had cool air.
All in all a very poor nights sleep, constantly being woken by the noise of the bed and then being woken up because the aircon had turned off again and it was way too hot in the room (approaching 30° c according to the aircon display).
The bathroom was ok, but because of the wet room design, once you had a shower, you had to get your feet wet to use the toilet or the mirror (no other mirror in the room).

Bathroom sink is really a small toilet sink. Anything you might want from a hotel is an extra. Staff very friendly. Get a disabled room to get larger bathroom and use the seat as a storage surface.
