There are no words to describe how good our stay at the stones was. I could not fault a single thing. The staff made our stay so comfortable, effortless and memorable. Its immaculate, the food is always 10/10 and they have the best happy hour! I would stay here again and again

The first class service of staff tops everything beyond the hotel’s excellent facilities. The rooms that face inward the magnificent pool with tub in the balcony are worth the upgrade. The rooms are a good, comfortable size, food in the restaurant offers a variety of local and international cuisine, and the beach is just across the property for those beautiful Bali sunsets.

We had an amazing stay at The Stones. Really fantastic staff, lovely hotel. If I ever stay in this area again I'd have no hesitation booking The Stones again

Beautiful stay with amazing accommodation staff

Wonderful Staff each staff serve all customers with respect and smiles and help with all the issues with smile. I hope hotel look after their staff because of the staff I choose this hotel again . Breakfast prices bit high good breakfast but in my opinion they caters more for Asian food then Indian food or English breakfast.One thing I didn’t like is they had my money left from my credit I paid for my breakfast in the advance and they don’t return that or I ask if I can give this money to the staff but they said no and that money goes to hotel I think that is bad. Good location but too much traffic.Yuda from reception and lady from reception and all the front desk staff all the staff from restaurant and cleaning staff they are all very friendly and helpful and caring.

Huge property with strict security measures. Large breakfast selection and plenty of pool lounges. We loved the iceypole on arrival, in place of a standard welcome drink. Check in was for 3pm. We arrived just prior to 3pm, but could not access our room until 4pm, so sat around for an hour in the heat, waiting. Room was clean with free minibar and fruit basket, which was a lovely touch. I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and reception staff were extremely helpful with arranging immediate transport to the hospital. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful resort, huge pool with a swim up bar & lots of lounges. If you can extend the budget to a room with balcony & bath overlooking the pool then do that. Staff all super friendly & very attentive. Will definitely stay again.

The property is fine but they could have a bit more entertainment but the second you get to the door of this hotel you are hounded by the local filth out to rob you.

The staff were all lovely, helpful, very approachable and friendly. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Reasonably priced laundry service. Close to a variety of other dining options, taxis and other transport at doorstep daily. Close to shopping, Melasti Markets, across the road from the beach. One negative was the spa in the pool could do with a scrub around the edges however the rest of the pool area was wonderful. Would come again.

The staff are so incredibly helpful and went out of their to assist in every way. The rooms are excellent, the pool amazing and it’s a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

The way they run this show lace is next lvl staff are absolutely amazing. By far one of my favourite places to stay would highly recommend

All the staff were so accommodating. We had our 10 year wedding anniversary and they went of there way to make it special for us. We will be back for sure.

Ended up getting Bali belly and only thing different I ate was at the resort. Talking to a few other guest and they had got it too. Thinking the food standards of the resort may not be inline with their hospitality

Wonderful Hotel

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

Quiet place very comfortable

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Never felt so welcome at a hotel before. The cleanliness and the attention to detail is second to none. I just met the staff and I already feel like family! I couldn’t asked for a better safe, clean, friendly, and great tasting food might I add from a hotel.

Enjoyed my stay

I like the welcoming feel the stones staff give you and it’s the whole stay.. the people are the stones best asset.. I guess the location isn’t to bad as well.. if you want relaxed peace and quiet you have it and if you want party hussell and more you have it.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.
