Our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket was absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine friendliness that made us feel right at home.
The cleanliness of the property was impeccable—every corner of the hotel was spotless, which truly added to our peace of mind. The attention to detail in maintaining such high standards was impressive.
We wholeheartedly recommend SAii Laguna Phuket to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Phuket. Thank you to the amazing team for creating such a memorable experience!

Some disappointing highlights of my stay:-
1. The reception cannot find our booking made on Hotels.com, and gave me that poker face as if that was my fault. Turned out to be they should search Expedia booking because Hotels.com is under Expedia. It is a well known fact in the hotel industry isn’t it? Kept me waiting for more than 20 mins and no sincere apology was made.
2. The bed sheet feels damp and pillow smells mouldy!! Hard to fall asleep with that mouldy smell. My partner is getting a running nose because of that. I had to cover up the pillow with bath towel to lessen the mouldy smell. Cleanliness is a concern.
3. The floor becomes wet in the middle of the night for no reason, which made me almost trip myself. Couldn’t see where is leaking and suspect water seepage from the floor tiles.

Had a great and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel! Service was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed many hotel acitivities such as learning to windsurf, basics of Thai massage and using the new spa. Site does have some construction and building noise can be heard during the day in some areas. Other than that, stay was perfect!

Smiling staff - it was really a nice place. We were using the tennis court for free, playing ping pong and had fun at the pool.

Hotel needs a big deep clean - pool needed this particularly and the flume. Our bedroom had an infestation of ants - we found the staff less friendly than elsewhere we had stayed in Thailand. The room itself was nice but the door is a sliding one to the bathroom.

We stayed in SAii Laguna for 5 days in August 2024 (husband, me and 3 kids aged 17,15 & 12) & we were provided with two rooms next to each other which were both clean, spacious and had wonderful outside space and views of the lagoon. There was a lot of construction work at the hotel but this did not affect our stay at all - the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide us with everything we needed. The location really is wonderful with a perfect beach and a shuttle bus service (free) which took us around the resort which is huge. We also ate at two local restaurants outside the resort which were equally great. The pool, gym and complimentary classes (I did yoga, Pilates, Thai boxing, strength and towel animal folding!) were superb with really lovely staff. Our only issue with this hotel which is not easy to resolve is the sound proofing of the bedrooms. The walls and ceilings are very thin so we struggled to sleep as our neighbours above tended to be later at returning in the evening and then enjoyed some socialising. In other hotels this has not been an issue but we struggled with the noise levels at SAii Laguna as did our children, specifically furniture being moved and general conversation which could be clearly heard by us. This was a real shame as affected our stay and sleep but we were also told the hotel was full so no option to move.

We didn't really go to the beach as it's more for surfing. Few steps from the hotel along the beach there are lots of restaurants and lots of huts that offer Thai massage. Having a massage in front of the beach was so special, for only 400 baht!

The room condition was so good and clean.the food they offer was good. Most of all, all the staff including housekeeper was so nice and kind. Thanks to them, i think we enjoyed our stay more and were able to create fond memories.

Facility is very comfortable even though they are under the renovation. One thing that I feel uncomfortable that one of staff attitude is quite rude. Even though I was in the night market and other car drivers are more friendly and kind.

I heard about the crowded beaches in Phuket but I found myself with my family pretty much alone on the beautiful beach! The pools were lovely and my 5 year old just loved the slide!
The room was gorgeous! I loved the bed in the window.
The staff was so hospitable and helpful! I will definitely come back!

It was very good value for the price. We came when the place was being renovated, so a lot of the complex was shut.
Staff very friendly.
Got a lovely room on level 3.
Be prepared to walk a small distance given the size of the property.
Lots of great places to go too nearby via the beach.
