It was fantastic, top location in Binz. Supermarket next door. Great appartment, good beds, large room, very good bathroom. Friendly staff. Parking perfect, under the house. Fantastic breakfast, for diner you can go there too.

Ok hotel with ok location. But there is two issues with this hotel, that you should be aware of, before booking this hotel. - it is a hotel, where almost all guests travel with children. It is mainly an issue during breakfast, but also during the day, in the areas between the buildings, where stones, sand and playthings are laying around where people walk. You can also hear, if the neigbour is playing / crying. I would not go again, if I was on a holiday with only adults. - The cleaning is not good enough. We had stains on the doors, where something had been running down the door. Bathroom could also deserve a deeper cleaning.
