Very loud during the night ( we were on 2nd floor). Hard to sleep. Nice room, but hard to block out street noise and air conditioning.

Got an email stating they were oversold for the night and it was our responsibility to call them to confirm our stay. Hotel room didn’t have a working fridge. Sound proofing poor with outside sirens and car noises coming though. Neighbors partied till 5am with loud chatting and barking dogs.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my every request. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Chicago.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. You can’t go wrong with this location as everything is within walking distance, restaurants bars, anything really. It’s connected to a Beatrix, which has great food and drinks. The only downside are the occasional ambulances nearby but the locationvmakes up for that.

Staff at Beatrix which was the restaurant inside the hotel was rude. $236 for one night for a room, & you don’t even get breakfast. Definitely not high end

One of the channels on the TV didn't come in even though it was on the guide (We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but we did want to relax at night watching some TV. The room was much smaller than anticipated but it is called "Aloft", it was a loft area.

Great property and great location. Room was very cozy, clean , comfortable bed and nice view. Hotel has a great restaurant with a cute patio. Located on a very live street with lots of options for dinning and entertainment. Will return for sure.

Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel is modern hip and modern. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Area is convenient to everywhere Northriver, I was able to walk everywhere during the DNC. Allot of food and bars. A fair rate and great if you need something comfortable to sleep while in town for a few nights

I only spent one night and the staff were excellent willing to help my room was clean and I thought that because I was closer to the elevator that it would be real noisy. It was not and when I returned to Chicago, the aloft is where I will be staying again.

Everything was great!!! I wish the parking was a bit more easier to navigate through. We had to park two blocks away and walk back to the hotel. Someone actually broke into my car in the parking structure. Other than that, everything was great! The parking really was not Alofts fault but I wish they had their own parking lot/structure directly next to the hotel.

Only was able to stay one night at the property. The Hotel was having issues with the AC but the staff was extremely helpful with setting us up with one of their sister hotels.
