The space was spacious while also feeling cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and we loved the design of the entire room. The amenity station on the first floor was a wonderful addition. Everything was great, and I will definitely recommend it!

There only 3 coin laundry machines in the hotel. It is always occupied in the evening Need to increase more coin laundry machine

Very pleasant stay for my family with two young kids, and the customer service from the staff was top notch. They were proficient in English, which made communications very easy. The rooms were very clean, and guests were given comfortable set of pyjamas and thicker in-room sandals. The hotel was less than 5 minutes walk away from the nearest Nagahoribashi metro, making commuting a breeze. Would stay again if we're back in Osaka.

We’ve travelled a fair bit, and for this price range and class of hotel, we felt The Leben was one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in by far. Spacious, modern, clean rooms. Large for Japan, including bathrooms with separate toilet and sink areas. Welcoming, friendly staff, large open free drinks reception area. Breakfast-box brought to your doorstep in the morning so you can eat in the privacy and comfort of your own room instead of having to avoid peak times at a breakfast buffet. It was relatively quiet up on the 12th floor where we stayed and a fantastic location in Osaka - walkable to the main shopping and food district areas. Perfect for us rounding off our honeymoon in Japan, we would have happily stayed here for a couple more days! It was so good, I started searching whether The Leben had any other branches in the world so to remember to stay there in future… (It doesn’t - it seems unique to Osaka). A fantastic hotel that has been very well thought out and in my radar forever. Perfect for those who value space and time to themselves for a romantic getaway, without breaking the budget. The hotel is beautiful!! Clean. Eco friendly. Our room was sooooo spacious. The staff was soooo nice and helpful.
