Akazora aparment is excellent in every way. Location is walking distance to every highlight spots (AYA ski lift, Seico Mart, several restaurants in the same areas). Room is large and very clean, well equipped with kitchen and utilities. We are lucky to have the room with bathtub. Our room is at ground floor and we can see Mountain Yotei from our window, eventhough it was city view. Overall, our family (two adults and one little kid) is happy very much with ski trip and staying at Akazora.

Great location. Easy/fast access to lifts by shuttle bus. Building and facilities are new and in good condition. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Furnishings, unfortunately, are not quite up to the standard of the building: a bit cheap and spartan for the price. I expected better. The beds have a cushion on top of the mattress that slides around as you sleep. Not comfortable. Also, the “double beds” are, in fact, singles pushed together. This was also disappointing for the price. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the service, but with so many accommodation options nearby, we would look for a place with a better standard of furnishings and bedding.

Staff was very friendly and they are very helpful. Also their response were very quick and we appreciate their service a lot (pick up / drop off service were arranged on spot and it was comfortable) Ski drying room were a little difficult to find.... so maybe their sign can improve a little.

Close to the restaurants in Hirafu. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.

It is an apartment instead of a hotel. No services is provided and no staff stations in the front desk on regular basis. The staff can be reached via telephone hotline and she is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable overall. Convenient store and restaurants are in few minutes walking distance. Free parking is provided.

This was my second visit to Akazora. On my own this time, 12 nights. I had a street front studio that met all my needs, comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, wall mounted flat screen TV that swivelled to all parts of the room, cable has an adequate range of English language channels. Akazora has particularly nice bathrooms and a small laundry off that room in its own alcove. I ate in a lot and the kitchenette worked out well. Akazora is extremely convenient to the town of Hirafura with it's restaurants and bars, there's a shuttle stop right at the door and shuttles run about every 20 minutes to either Hirafura or Hanazono mountain base. There's also an undercover carpark if you have a car and the ski lockup is next door to the carpark. The staff are all lovely people, Nikki on reception was really friendly and helpful and gave a lift to the bus station on the last day. I really enjoyed my stay. Had a great stay, lack of front desk staff, but out of winter season which is to be expected. Lovely clean rooms, great shower! Thank you.

I visited it in Summer time to join zip lines and horse riding. The hotel locates near Niseko if you're driving a car. It was about 10mins driving. There is a convenient store and some restaurants around but please don't expect for a shopping center in the region. The hotel locates near a lot of small houses so I found it difficult to look for it even with our driving GPS. It was a peaceful and quite neighborhood though. The room is very self contained. It provides all family facilities, such as washing machine, cooking electrical stove, a rice cooker, microwave oven, discs washing machine and TV. However, it is missing air conditioner. Instead, they provide a small cool wind fan. It will need to fill up water to blow some cool wind. However, it is far from an air conditioner. Eventually, we open the windows at night to enjoy natural wind. Overall, I love the room. It was stylish and comfort. The balcony was big and I can watch star at night. I did enjoy the stay here.
