The hotel maintenance is not very good. The shower stall is stuck, the window is stuck, the floor is not very clean, the reception is not very friendly, the elevators are inefficient. There is a lot of room for improvement. The bed, pillows and shower are good. The hotel is in a good location

It just wasn't all that clean, but not dirty. Elevators take a long time to get to the restaurant and are slow. I was on the 9th floor. If you need to get to the lobby allow time. Loud music from a bar/hotel nearby. Bring ear plugs. Other dining options are nearby. Good hotel for a couple of night stay.

The hotel was quite adequate for our purposes - that being to enjoy Iguazu Falls.
The breakfast was good and plentiful.
The view from the roof-top bar and restaurant were delightful.

Mixed review. Our first night, we had no bedspreads. Also, towels were thready and thin. I loved the Easter decor and breakfast offered pretty good variety. Most staff very friendly and helpful.

Its a nice hotel with a good breakfast included and close enough to the city center to walk to it. If you need to do laundry, please know in the gas (petrol) tation, there are coin operated machines!

Clean. Ver dangerous place. Personal dont care actualky about you. We asked for our safe box 4 different tome, it wasn't fixed. We get the same breakfast everyday.
