The room had no shower curtain, half used travel shampoo, floor was sticky, cover off the furnace room, fan down with a mask over it, mattress was terrible.

Room was clean but it was rather sparten in items generally expected. No hair dryer, no coffee maker, no outlets to plug in electronics in the main room much less around the bed. The TV monitor seemed to be working, but the system was difficult to understand. However, for the price we decided not to complain. Not what was expected for a Red Lion branded product.

The room was very small and had not been updated for a long time. When I made the reservation at a Red Lion Inn I thought that the facility would be top notch, but not here. The bed was not comfortable at all and the metal frame squeaked every time that you moved. The window shade was broken and I could not get it to close all the way. I Had to wear earplugs and eye shades just to get some sleep. I would not recommend this Red Lion Inn in Butte, MT

Easy access from I-90 a few miles west of Butte, Montana. There are huge truck stops on both sides of this exit, but the motel was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. Our room was clean, we slept well, and the breakfast was ample, with waffles, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and various juices and bread items. A great value for a low cost!

The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but cigarette smoke lingered throughout the entire hotel. There was probably six smokers right in front of the front door which I'm sure that's the reason why everything smelled so horribly. As I proceeded to go to my room the room just felt and smelled very stale. The windows don't have any screens on them. It was just not very clean. The pictures do not even match the hotel that I stayed at.

The siding of the motel was in need of a paint job, and the inside lobby could use some fresh paint as well. Otherwise, the motel was clean and quiet. The staff was nice.

Nice lady at the front counter as I arrived after midnight. Good location about 6 miles west of Butte just off the highway with gas nearby.

Bare bones facility with a squeaky, tiny “queen” bed. Nice staff and typical breakfast with waffles were good.

The front desk staff, very friendly. The 3rd floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but the room did not. I loved no carpet, thermastat controlled AC/heat. The bathroom was really roomy with a corner tub/shower with a seat and great water pressure. I wish i had taken a picture of it. The room was dated but nice. We had to go to the front desk for drinking glasses and coffee. Breakfast consisted of generic yogurt, different bread options, waffles, oatmeal and juice. No protein. The price was awesome through a third party. We would definitely stay there again especially after their remodel and new mattresses.

Hotel smelled of cigarettes, even with a no smoking sign in the front window. There were no black out curtains just a sheer red curtain hanging on the window. Outside was in need of a good paint job. The old white paint was chipping off. In an industrial area not a family hotel.

Convenient location for traveling on freeway

Convenient location off the Interstate. Right next to fuel. Don't know why others have stated it was loud, due to the truck stop, because we didn't hear too much at all and we were in a room facing the trucks. Air condition was very nice and worked well! Room was simple but clean. Got some good rest. Thanks for the stay!

A/C did not work. Window was open to allow some cool air in however the motel is right next to a truck stop. Noise all night. Motel is no need of maintenance. Sink clogged up. Overall appearance poor.

May some more improvements like towels one. Sink is not draining past. No covers just open.
