Horrible experience. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The internet connection is horrible and that even affects making payments witth the credit card. Besides that, the hotel claims that they have a 24/7 shuttle service, which is not true. Because of that I had to leave the hotel 8 hours prior to my flight and they didn't mention that the taxi only accepted their local currency, The hotel staff doesn not trust the customers and forces you to pay for meals before you have them, they don't let the meals be charged to the room number. The hotel cleanliness is subpar by even the most lenient standards. The bathroom floor was so dusty that the white rug became brown as soon as it got wet.

Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing.
