Me and my family really enjoy that night there, everything was clean, very quiet place I couldn't ask for a better place.

The bed was wonderful, walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast buffet.

The property is clean but its inconvenience, faraway from everything. Breakfast is horrible, everyday served same things scramble eggs and beans, veggie is left over from the day before. Shower water is very limited.

Whole service and the facility was really good. But I had resereved a room with bathtub, I was told there are no availability on that day I stayed at the front. It seems because of the reservation system.

When I made reservations I reserved a kings sizes suite and after driving for over 5 hours I got tor the hotel hoping to get some rest and my family and I, the receptionist told me he only had a doble bed, not even offer a solutions nor apology just said that what I have, at 2:30 am and been extremely exhausted and make me real mad 😡 because I have my wife which by the way she is pregnant and my daughter who is three years old, I didn’t like the idea but I have to take, then in the morning I ask to speak to the manager which was not available that’s what I told, I try to explain my concern to the girl ar from but once I again she was like, quote “that’s what we have “ not even an apology or even a way to make up for that, I was not trying to get anything for free but at least to show that you care for the customer, after all I will never stay at this hotel and of course I will never recommend this hotel to friends and family, and we have been going over tot the San Marcos expo for the last 9 years and I will never stay at this property NEVER AGAIN, by the way I heard some people complaining they offer breakfast until 11 am and it was 10:35 and they runout of food.

I liked the hotel. If you have a car it is an excellent option because it is a 20 minute drive from the hotel to San Marcos. The breakfast is good but the employees must take care of the children because the food is exposed and not covered. The glasses are stained they should renew them.
