Stayed in a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa bed. We need the sleeper sofa bed for a family of 5 and it was very uncomfortable. Need to bring your own bedding to use. Next time will bring my blow up mattress instead. Room was clean and of a good size. The staff at the main desk and those who prepared the coffee/food were very friendly.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly. The traffic around the hotel might be confusing to first time guests to the area. Very convenient location for going to the Pentagon or downtown DC.

We had to stay in the room that had no working AC with our 2yr old and two 7yr old.
The night worker did not want to switch rooms and said he would try to fix it even though he was not the engineer. Will that end engineer will come the next day? No one ever came and we will never offered another room. The deck guy barely wanted to give me a key to get into the gym when I misplaced my key. family member was having heart surgery. So we had to stay there was no where else to go. They knew that.

Breakfast was really good and good selection. Amenities were clean.
Reception was very very ordinary. Almost like we were bothering her upon check-in. Big trucks were parked at the entrance blocking the round about so we could not unload our bags at front door. We had to go park our car and drag all of our luggages.

Love this hotel and would definitely stay again if in this part of town. Enjoyed the quality toiletries provided and that they had a bar that was open in the evening and a happy hour.

I've stayed at this property about six times over the last two years. The rooms have all been good, the breakfast has been better than average, and the staff has been nice. My only complaint is that every single time I've stayed here, the guest room hallways smell like weed. Either their staff smokes up by a ventilation intake, or they really don't enforce the "No smoking" restriction on guests.

We chose this hotel for location to DC and access to bus and Metro system. Would highly recommend this hotel!!! We left our car in the parking garage, picked up the bus on the corner!! Hotel staff was great, breakfasts were very good. The only complaint i would have is to have different waffle batter and toppings and to have a variety in eggs like omelets too.

This wonderful hotel gets a 10 on everything except location and convenience. It is located on 2-3 exits/side roads/service roads/ beneath the unbelievably treacherous confluence of I-95, I-395 and I-495, and hidden from view in a huge shopping complex. Even my GPS gave up! Very limited underground parking at $20/night. BUT....for the fearless, the property is FABULOUS. Free wine/beer/soup/salads/hors d'oeuvres every night until 7 PM. Immaculate, huge and GORGEOUSLY updated bathrooms with a ton of space. Everything is 10 if you are able to navigate WDC under this road stress. Lots of restaurants in the center, but sketchy beyond that. Close to touristy sites in WDC.

Never went to the property. Wanted to change the date. Was given the run around from Orbitz and the hotel. I understood the refund policy, but being able to change the date was totally DISRESPECTFUL. Will not be using Orbitz or Homewood Hotel anytime soon. VERY DISAPPOINTED

When you walk in you, it’s like nice hotel but then there’s the rooms… Nothing like the photos on Expedia and I suggest you also read the google reviews before deciding. All in all I had no issues personally but for my taste, I wouldn’t stay here again. Also there is a parking cost which you have to use an app to pay for in order to park in the garage.
