Comfortable stay, spacious room in central location. No option of early check in and made to wait while rooms were checked over. Front desk staff were pleasant enough despite not being the most welcoming.

The hotel is nice and clean. It's conveniently located. If you book for one person there's only one pillow on the bed, would've been nice to still have two, but I'm sure they would've gave me one if I asked was just too tired to care. Overall it was a great hotel and would definitely stay here again

Great room loved it. I was there for the Euro cup 2024. With my family, it was great very convenient big room. The kids had fun.

Ok hotel, visiting for football match at Dortmund so convenient for that. No tea or coffee making facilities in room & when I queried it staff unhelpful & said was a business booking which is untrue, it was a 1 adult & 1 child twin room booking. Wouldn’t return.

This was close to perfect. It’s clean, modern and very close to the station, football museum, Dortmunder U and the bars & restaurants
Only one niggle! We turned up early and our room was ready but they said we could only access the room if we paid €26. I think that’s irritating and unnecessary.
The buffet breakfast was good and the staff on the front desk were friendly and spoke fantastic English

The staff at check in are not very friendly and the night gentleman is pretty rude. The breakfast was okay but again the lady there was kind of rude. I told her I would pay rather than charge my room and she followed me around with the bill until I paid it. It made me very uncomfortable since I’m not used to be asked to pay even before I sit down.
We had several rooms for different days since family and friends were coming for the different eurocup games. My husband and I were the only ones that stayed for a week. This was the first time an hotel asked us to pay extra in order to give us a room before 3:00pm. Obviously they had a room available or else they would not offer one and most hotels just let you in if the room is ready.
Also one of the days they did not clean up the room even though we were out from 11:00 am to 2:00 am the next day. And yes we had a sign requesting cleaning ( to be fair the signs to clean and do not disturb were difficult to differentiate).
I do however would like to say that the food they served during some of the games we watched on the bar area was pretty good. and the gentleman at the bar that served us all those days did an amazing job. Kudos to him.
In short, it is an hotel with good facilities, pretty nice decoration, convenient location, comfortable rooms but they definitely need to work on their concept of customer service.

Receptionists were quite helpful. The location of the hotel is great. Near the train station. and at the heart of the city. Such a satisfactory accommodation. Everything was easy. Note that if you want to use the hotel parking, you have to pay extra. But even finding a parking place at a central location is good. The room was clean. I fully advise a stay there.

Excellent Hotel in front of Train Central Station. Very Convenience and walkable. Only bad review is bathroom smell very bad like drainage all day and AC is not enough for the room. You can't control temp of the AC look like is a central AC.

Great location, right next to Main train station. Hotel was generally good, just that our room AC didn’t work. Staff came up to try resolving but never returned with an answer. Overall, good stay!

Hotel in is in the middle of everything: shopping , dining, metro, train station. Best location to be at.
