Nice hotel, but a little bit old and out of date. They try to keep it in a good condition but some things need replacement. All the rest is a good 4*

Overall would not stay here again. Every staff member we spoke with had more of an attitude than the last one. I get they had a big tour full of complaining elderly people (we witnessed the desk staff get yelled at 3 times by random guests), but their inability to answer basic questions without snapping back at you made the overall stay unenjoyable (which also could be why said people were yelling at them). You can hear everything from the atrium which reverberated sounds easily at all hours of the day and night. The room was dark, old, and hot. The water pressure in the shower was poor. And the breakfast was mediocre. I would rate this hotel a 3 star at best. It did it's job for our quick layover, but wouldn't recommend anyone stay here considering the price they charge.

The location of this hotel is the best because its close enough to the City Center to walk and its at the beginning of the short circuit so its convenient for drivers. Also, it has a great bar and restaurant, very cozy... The front desk guys and girls are always willing to help, best customer service!

After six nights, I agree the hotel has an amazing view, nice common areas, pool and bar, their staff requires a good remark as well, location is fine, breakfast could have less options with more attention on it, but the 2nd floor rooms (211 and 204) and it's corridor requires an urgent refresh/fix it's not aligned with a 4 start hotel.
