Great stay, lovely room and comfy bed.
The bathroom ceiling needed attention as it looked like there had been alterations but the repair to the ceiling was not the best, and with it being a 4* hotel i didnt expect to see a shower curtain instead of a cubicle.
Breakfast was good although the area for toast n drinks is small and gets a bit overcrowded.
Loved the location due to us going to the Co op arena.

I was convinced I was the only person staying in the hotel, it was that quiet! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and the decor was nice. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The pricing is great for the quality. You can easily walk to town centre about 15 minutes walk. There isn’t a car park so you will have to park somewhere else but the front desk suggests nearby car parks but overall modern and nice hotel for a quick trip
The bed isn’t very comfortable though the pillows are quite hard

Hotel was fine. Just what was needed for a concert at Apollo.
Staff very helpful and allowed us an early check in.
Hotel a bit isolated in an industrial area but near enough walk to Piccadilly.

Room was quite noisy, could hear banging from outside in the corridors , and next door rooms and in the bathroom . Good location and would stay again for the price.

Served a purpose, one night stay to attend an event at the coop arena, would stay again, staff were fantastic, food choices not so good but that wasn't a problem as plenty choices nearby.
