Excellent experience from check-in to check out. Room is extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The price was very low and a nice breakfast and Wi-Fi was included. Fresh coffee and hot tea available 24/7. Sandra at the front desk was friendly, hopeful, thoughtful, and informative. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a balcony and a view for the river. It was very pleasant.
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good! My cat loved as well.
We didn't enjoy all the amenities of the hotel as we didn't have much time, but we already want to come back with more time for them.

One of the best options in Seaside. They are very friendly, efficient, and have everything you want: location, parking, a pool and hot tub, breakfast, comfy room. They could use a better black out curtain, but that's the only thing on the negative side for this stay.

Booked this hotel because they are pet friendly and were ADA compliant. The staff was extremely pleasant! The room was basic but spacious. Really we just wanted a place to rest our head, and this place was worth it! Close to the main drag and within waking distance to the beach and stores. I'd definitely book again.

Everything is good, clean and friendly staff. Only issue is the tv. The remote is very weird. You can scroll through the guide but you can’t choose or change the channel.

Wasn’t what we expected. Was pet friendly and the dog welcome basket was nice. The furniture is very worn. It looks like it has been repainted. There is an awful tacky feel on the desk and other storage unit. The beds are missing headboards so your pillows slide down behind the bed. It’s a little more cramped in the room than I expected. The staff is nice but the breakfast is lacking. No protein options except hard boiled eggs. Location was nice. Pool is small and loud.

I called in the afternoon to let them know we would check in late. I had reserved a particular room so our whole family could be together. THEY GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY!!!
We ended up in 2 rooms on different floors.

The hide-a-bed was awful. It had no padding and I just slept on the springs. Very uncomfortable and I hardly slept.

We had a great stay. The neighbors above us were really loud but that’s not the hotels fault just inconsiderate people. They were up all night. The hotel was clean but as my son said it was a little banged up. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. Our favorite part was the outdoor fire pit.

This is a great place to stay, convenient, great staff. We would stay there again. I can tell they replaced floors and carpets. But there are still areas that are run down which is why I rated it a little lower.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the beach and the Broadway shops/restaurants on both sides of the river. Friendly staff at check in & check out. The elevator and carpet could use an upgrade, but no real complaints.

Not overall happy. My bad thought I was booking a different hotel in seaside the one across the street.

Mostly great. The pool hours were terrible. The pool opened so late and closed so early that there was never a time when adults could count on very few children in the pool. The breakfast was good, but there are way too many tables too close together and too close to the counters where the food is, that it’s really difficult to get around when a lot of people are down there. Move the tables farther away and it would be a lot better.

Everything was great. All staff was nice room was clean. Your room was above pool so at night could hear everything up until it closed at 10. And fold out need better mattress . But its nice place shilo on water f

Really enjoyed our stay, area was perfect, close, walking distance to everything, hotel was cute, some of the staff was very nice and helpful, most of the staff didn’t know much or was not very helpful, I wouldn’t say they were rude by any means, But definitely left a lot to be desired, I would say if the staff was either trained or they had more staff our experience would’ve been five stars !

I’ll definitely book our next room on the river (East) much better than the parking lot side (West) it’s very noisy. The breakfast is good! I’d recommend this hotel! A plus is they have air conditioning too only a handful there do.

The room we stayed in was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was nice and helpful. The only things that I would complain about would be the noise at night, other rooms were very loud and it was hard to sleep sometimes. Also, the breakfast was the same everyday.
