We enjoyed the check-in process and welcome to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with giving recommendations and helped with booking restaurant reservations. It’s also in a quieter area of Mykonos, which we appreciated. With that said, it isn’t walking distance to many places. However, the staff was very helpful with arranging transportation.
A couple things we noticed that can be improved:
1) the room cleaning: some towels that we used were not removed from the room the entire stay. This was very odd as they were obviously needing to be removed
2) no shower caps in the room when we entered, but the staff gave them upon request (and more than one)
3) there should be more sleeping pillows, rather than decorative pillows. There was only one sleeping pillow per person
4) the pools are not heated, so makes them less enticing to use

We had an amazing time at this resort. Staff were very friendly and kind. We really liked the breakfast buffet and the view from our room. Staff was very helpful as well in helping us book an atv and answering our questions. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The staff at Amazon is outstanding! Their customer service is on point . If you need anything I.e reservations, room service , housekeeping needs they respond immediately. The location is awesome and sunsets are magical!

All was great. Except staff was not lenient when I asked for a 1 day early checkout and refund due to an emerging situation. The reasoning was “Its a last minute request” which was surprising since its an emergency so it is last minute by defenition. Also, it was the day before. Otherwise was a great stay

Also quiet and peaceful at night. Staff were very attentive and made our stay special for my 30th birthday. Think there’s a hotel bus which is an added extra if you don’t have a car. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were friendly, efficient and made great recommendations of restaurants amd activities.
The service was impeccable. They were also easily accessible via whatsapp. Our room was cleaned daily and breakfast was indeed delicious with multiple options.

The property and service is excellent. The only thing i can criticize is, the acustic design of the dining room is not very ideal which stands out especially during breakfast, when there are many people. Breakfast should be eaten in a calm environment, especially in such a hotel.

The hotel is very nice and our room had nice views. We really liked the breakfast and the friendly staff in the morning and also that we received complimentary airport transfer.
Although, there were some things I would like to have known before reserving this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have a beach, not even nearby. The closest one is 10-15 min away, but not very clean. To go to Mykonos city you need a 10 min taxi ride, which costs 36€ per way during the season. Also, the pool in the room is not heated and not really suitable for swimming. You should know that Mykonos in general is very windy and also the sea water doesn’t get warm in summer. Besides that, if you get the room 616, it can get loud in the morning as the staff is gathering there. When we asked them kindly to keep it low, they didn’t seem to understand English.
Overall it was ok, but too expensive for what we’ve been offered. Like everything in Mykonos.
