I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

Once again we had an outstanding stay here. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpfull, the pool is very nice and the breakfast is the best in the area.

We booked 7 rooms within our travel group. 3 out of the 7 rooms were so mouldy they had to change rooms 2 of these booking didn’t even get into a room on the first day we booked due to the mould ended up staying from midnight in temporary rooms and had to move the next day but had to wait until 12pm for the rooms to be ready. Once we were all in rooms that weren’t mouldy the stay was good, the pools are excellent for the kids however the slides need maintenance. The hotel is close to landmark night market and good location for many restaurants

Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort in Krabi, Thailand, offers a prime location directly opposite the beach and just a short walk from the famous Ao Nang night markets. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay pleasant from the start. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed having a pool access room on the ground floor. However, we realised our room was located right next to the swim-up bar, where techno music was played at high volumes throughout the day. Unfortunately, the speakers were positioned towards our room, making it difficult to relax on our balcony due to the constant loud noise. The music choice seemed more suited for a younger crowd or a clubbing techno scene despite the fact that many families with young children were staying at the resort. While we appreciated many aspects of the resort, the loud music significantly impacted our ability to relax, and for this reason, we likely wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The shower was filthy, grout not clean. We then called reception and asked to move rooms, were shown 2 other rooms which also had mould on the roof and one also had a mouldy interconnecting door. We were told to stay one night in a mouldy room (which we did not check in until 1am that evening), and next morning were shown another mouldy room. We asked the manager to find us a room that was clean. Eventually we got upgraded to a family suite which had no mould anywhere in the room. Beds were rock hard and you could feel the springs. Definitely need an upgrade on mattresses. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. Water slides were cracked and fibre glass gel coating flaking off which is a hazard for children. Dirty dishes at breakfast time. Elevators were very musty smelling, rubber matting needs replacing. The staff were friendly and accommodating and food was reasonable. Location was close to Ao Nang landmark night market, 7/11 and minimart down the road and long tail boat transport directly across.

Quieter and less European or Australian tourists than Phuket such as Patong, kata, karon. Calmer slower pace of life. Beach nothing special so head to northern tip of Ao nang near ferry pier for lovely beach , or go to railay beach. Hong islands long tail trip nice option also.

No welcome drink. Got cordial after we mentioned it. No concierge or hotel map/local map. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Lack of tables every morning. Pool was clean. Excellent location, spacious rooms and bathroom was lovely. Had to tell them about 20% off food and drink for bring a silver member. They refused to honour it on drinks and only allowed 20% off on one meal

Property is not clean. The way pictures show it’s nothing liked that. I got fooled due to pictures they have it online. You can get better hotel in the price you paying. Also the location is a bit far from the main fun area.

Our A/C died and after a little persuasion by my wife we were upgraded to an ocean view suite. The staff took care of us. The food was good too.

Overall great stay. Break fast options can be better though for vegetarians. Very polite and caring staff. Would visit again.
