I love the hotel. Has a nice pop/ modern vibe. The staff was very helpful and very attractive. Location was great! Walking distance to shops and attractions. I will definitely recommended to friends and family. Ana.

Our room was amazing. Centrally located and fairly well insulated from the noise outside. The messaging was clear and hilarious. Loved the forward thinking in room set up and in care of the customer with text ordering. Response was very quick and amazing.

We arrived at 11 pm, and the receptionist insisted that I check in online by uploading my credit card and passport. I was uncomfortable uploading these documents to the hotel website, but I was told it was the only option if I wanted to stay at the hotel. Since I had paid in advance, I would lose my money if I didn't comply. The receptionist was rude and offered no other options. I submitted a review through Expedia after checking in but did not receive any response. We returned to Cartagena a few days later after our trip to Barranquilla and stayed at Hotel Marques. The experience was a big difference, much more pleasant.

This is a very lovely hotel in heart of the tourist area. Very nice, friendy staff. Clean rooms with charming paintings on the walls and doors. A restored old colonial building. A/c worked well (a must in a very hot, humid climate) and muffled any outside noise. I will go bak and stay there again.

I loved the Townhouse Boutique Hotel. My husband and I stayed in the third floor suite, two bed, two bath, and balconies for 7 days. Everything was modern and comfortable; and the rain-head warm showers were the best. The staff is kind, and very helpful and the rooftop bar was a real plus, good music, nice breeze and outstanding cocktails. The townhouse was convenient to all the nicer restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend!!

Townhouse was perfect for our girls trip. We booked 3 rooms, including the penthouse which gave us access to a private pool area. Everything from the staff, to the amenities, to the location was top tier.

Excellent choice in hotel. Room is quiet, clean and comfortable bed with a great shower. There is a wonderful rooftop bar for sunset time. Location is perfect, right in walled old city with beautiful streets with stores, restaurants and bars to just wander around. Very safe. Would definitely recommend.

This was such an AMAZING property! The staff was very nice and responsive. The suite was so pretty and had everything we needed. I also have to point out that it is located in a great area that is surrounded by many shops and restaurants that are within walking distance

I had an absolutely incredible stay at the Townhouse Boutique Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, providing easy access to various destinations. The menu offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. I particularly enjoyed the bottomless brunch option, where they brought us delicious food after food. In terms of nightlife, the hotel was ideally situated. There were plenty of bars and clubs in the vicinity, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend the Townhouse Boutique Hotel and give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
