Lovely boutique hotel- great staff and friendly service. Great location in Three Cities- beautiful places to eat nearby next to boats and water Much quieter than Valletta - but €2 ferry which is close by too, is quick journey across. This hotel has little pool on rooftop to cool off with amazing views across Marina and Harbour Loved staying here. We were in little city room which was great value. but bigger rooms available. Overall property has beautiful interior design. Very happy customer.

Although pool was small it was great to cool off in the heat . Also area for sitting and sun loungers. Great location. 5 minute walk to ferry to Valetta. Also plenty of good restaurants nearby. We stayed in the Mdina room. It was fine but a bit small and dark. Would definitely stay there again but would pay a bit more for a larger room.

A boat station is located 2 min walk from the hotel and you can take a direct boat to Valetta for only €2 each way. The hotel has a rooftop pool, however beaches are not a long drive away.
The hotel advertises free parking. It’s worth mentioning that there is no parking lot assigned to the hotel and parking is on streets around the hotel, space permitted. Sometimes we could park opposite the hotel and sometimes up to 5 min walk away in a parking lot (turn right from the hotel on to the main street and drive up the hill, passed the church on the right, opposite a fortress / war museum).
In general we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel again!

We loved our stay at this fantastic hotel. It had so much to offer.. perfect location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, gorgeous rooftop terrace and relaxing pool. If we’re ever in Malta again, we will be heading back here.

We loved our stay at Casa Birmula. The hotel is gorgeous and we loved the rooftop pool - even better than expected and it made our trip! The ferry over to Valletta is only a 5 minute walk away and the ferry only takes 10 minutes - it was perfect. We loved staying slightly away from main centre as it was quieter and just beautiful! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly, helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay extra special.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast, pool, and service. Unfortunately our room was very noisy - blasting bass music from the house next door or street. We couldn’t tell where the noise was coming from but it wasn’t a peaceful experience.

Very beautiful and unique property. Excellent and tasteful decor. Breakfast and sweet staff were wonderful. So cute. Rooftop is spectacular. Bedroom a little small and bed a little soft but otherwise absolutely perfect. Location can’t be beat. Very pleased.

Nice place and enjoyed breakfast. Beware if you have mobility issues. You have to go up stairs to get to the front door. There is a very small elevator but you will likely be going up the stairs to your room.

It is a typical maltese property that surprises you with its size of rooms, very handily placed for the ferry to valletta and restaurants around the 3 cities.The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
