This Hotel somewhat misrepresented itself. The "lobby" is a small room with a chair and a laptop; one person, and NOT 24 hour. The apartment was poorly appointed, no maid service for the three days we were there, and on two of those days, there were multiple trash toters out front, full of garbage and smelly. The couch/hide a bed was uncomfortable to sit on, and I can imagine also uncomfortable to sleep on. This is NOT a four star accommodation, and significantly overpriced. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

There is no real lobby, no housekeeping services (unless you stay 6 days or longer), and the one person downstairs leaves at 10 pm so if you lose your key or have any other issues (which we thankfully didn’t), you may be in trouble. The apartments were functional but I’m not sure why they are so highly rated.

This hidden gem is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent for public transport connections and right next to Checkpoint Charlie.
The apartment was spotless and contained everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very nice and could not do enough for us! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely love our stay here in this hotel. It's so modern and very functional and comfortable. The whole staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made our stay in Berlin so much easier. The location of the hotel is also perfect. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The apartment was great- really clean and in a great location for local attractions and transport. Only a small point but we booked the one bed executive apartment for two adults and two children and we arrived at 9pm and we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. I would have expected it to be made for us. But we would definitely stay here again.

Two adults and one 13-year old, stayed for three nights. Excellent hotel with a small kitchen, which is perfect for making your own breakfast. Everything was really clean, the “anpartment” was rather big and the bed was comfy, bathroom also great. If you needed more toilet paper or towels you could easily help yourself to that in the reception, which is a great setup. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Close walking distance to U-bahn and also close to Berlin Mall.
No AC so the room was a bit hotter than we prefer (even though this was late October), but the ceiling fan helped.
