Service here is alright. Some days my room was not cleaned. The chairs in the rooms need to be cleaned as they have stains on them. For the price it is generally a good place to stay. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the room as the water gets very hot. However the showers are badly designed. They are very slippery when showring and water gets all over the floor due to the new shower design.

They have luggage carts but no elevator for upper floors. Kinda renders the luggage cart useless if you are staying above the first floor. Free breakfast was a joke unless you only like waffles and cold cereal.

Night staff was rude and unhelpful, we had asked questions at checkin that night staff denied and got nasty about. The room was half cleaned and the breakfast was very minimal. They also charge $100 at checkin for incidentals but 24 hours after checkout it still hasnt been returned.

The rooms were better than we expected. The staff was not very kind or friendly and gave mixed informed depending on who you speak with. The breakfast left alot to be desired.

The room was so dirty and it smelled awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m still waiting for my $100.00 deposit to be refunded.

I recently stayed at this hotel that was, frankly, a disappointing and concerning experience. From the moment I checked in, the level of cleanliness was noticeably poor, with an unpleasant odor lingering in the hallways and visible grime in the common areas. The room itself did not fare much better, with stained linens and a musty atmosphere. However, the most alarming incident occurred when a hotel worker entered my room without prior permission or notice. This intrusion was not only inappropriate but also raised serious questions about the safety measures and guest privacy protocols the hotel follows. Overall, I found the hotel to be both unsanitary and unsafe, and I would strongly advise against staying here until substantial improvements are made to ensure guest security and cleanliness.
