He was a very friendly & accommodative manager during our stay . His welcome is a warm one & the atmosphere is inviting! We will stay again in the future .

Our room was very comfortable and front desk staff friendly although not knowledgeable enough about this property.
I needed to use the printer and the business center was not set up even though the front desk clerk said it was available. Also the heated pools both indoor and outdoor were not working and we were unable to enjoy these amenities and this was the reason we paid to stay at this particular location.
The breakfast was excellent and location was great with a great view of the beach.

The stay was fun and a great location and amazing views. The only negative i have is the pool, it was not heated as advertised and made for a few cranky boys. Also, should mention the tub... it was peeling and wasnt pleasing to deal with. It created a slick surface and chunks of debris we kept having to clean... other than that i would recommend and stay again for our family vacations in oct!

Room I received was next to air conditioning units and very loud. Wanted a room with a balcony and I couldn’t sit out there due to excessive heat coming from a/c units on roof. For the price it was very disappointing

The people were so welcoming. My booking was messed up and I had a rough trip down I walked in hoping for a little break and so ready for my vacation and they were completely on point. The food was amazing there was an amazing selection.

I didn't know parking would be an extra $15 a night. Doesn't the hotel own parking lot why pay extra. And our a/c wasn't cold just cool.

The room was clean, fresh and quiet. The view from the lobby area was open to the pool and the Gulf water. The food was good for the breakfast buffet and I ordered lunch
Unfortunately the hot water was out the last two days of our stay. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would stay again.

This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back!

The first night was very rough. The room was extremely warm. They had someone come up and check the ac and tokd us we were good. But the room never cooled down. We talked to the staff on day 2 and explained to them how hot it is and they sent another person up and it finally got fixed.

The staff is amazing! The pool awesome! The walkway to the beach and the pier right there! The rooms were sooo clean and wonderful!! The drinks the food A summer at the Tiki bar and Joseph at the inside bar were wonderful! Sandy at the front desk… you rock!! We already made reservations for our next trip here! Worth EVERY penny!!
