People are very polite, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is located on top of a shopping center with a wide variety of products from clothing to shoe stores, a movie theater, a casino, and food court. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant and an expectacular bar by the poolside with an even more expectacular view of the city and mountains.

Only problem was the smell when they were painting the parking garage expanded to the rooms during the night.
They moved me to another room which solved the problem but a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is very clean!
I highly recommend the rooftop, it has an amazing view and great drinks! The staff is amazing here.

I experienced issues at check-in. From my app, appeared that the room was paid, however the hotel did not have it registered. Therefore I needed to check my credit card statements, leave another open voucher... Very uncomfortable.

It's a good hotel with nice staff. My only complaint is for the price you pay, breakfast still isn't included. Which is unusual for Colombia. No complimentary water. Rooftop bar and pool are nice. Right next to Cacique Mall.

They charge you additional taxes when you arrive, so it’s important that Expedia should include them in the rates per night . That way the client can make a better choice. The view is magnificent and the food is very good.

All was really good. Very friendly personnel. Good environment. Had to check-in early. No extra charge. Location was great. Right next to shopping mall. I would recommend this hotel to all people interested.
