Modern building. Nice room and facilities. Reading light above the bed was broken. Loo roll holder was broken. Nice breakfast but 10am finish time is early for weekends.

Great location for the AO Arena
Bedroom very good.
Very average breakfast…
Waiter service just there to take the plates away. You have to get your own utensils, coffee etc.. It’s ok when it quiet but it must be mayhem when busy.

Had to wait 30 minutes just to get into the underground parking because their lorry was parked on the street rather than the loading bay and blocked access to the parking. Then the mattress was rock solid so didn't get any sleep and air con didn't work.

Parking a van can be tricky for this hotel hight restrictions with parking underground and only for parking 29 cars. It’s look of the draw with street parking. Please add a note onto the booking form

Simply and straightforward check in with friendly and courteous staff. Good sized rooms, excellent cleanliness and fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness of room and comfort were excellent. However the breakfast service was diabolical. There were always people waiting for the cooked breakfast as at no time was there a full selection ie there may have been bacon available but no sausage or eggs and therefore the food available was going cold whilst waiting for other breakfast items. Even the cold items like bread and croissants were running out and not replenished promptly. Also the only choice of fruit was a whole apple or orange.

Very comfortable bed, nice room, friendly staff and good veggie/vegan breakfast. Only downside was that there was a long hair on bathroom floor ( not mine, my hair is extremely short),also someones nail clipping was on the floor by door stop. Clearly missed by the cleaner. Only minor issues but overall, definitely stay again.

Nice hotel but way overpriced- even parking was £25 a night for members!

The location is amazing for anyone who wants quick and easy access to the main city centre area. Our room was on the smaller side of a double room. The breakfast options were limited and there is not an option of what style of eggs you would like which was disappointing.

During check in the attendant at the desk was very rude. He demanded i need to pay and was adamant i hadn't paid due to the online payment system not working he did not let me speak a word i had to show him proof to listen to me and show clear proof i had pre-booked and paid on Expedia. Needs to learn basic customer service. Was very loud thinking he was in the right until he realised i had infact paid.

Hotel is nice and location is very good. However, on checking out I asked for a VAT invoice and the assistant refused to give me one, because I booked through Expedia. I need these to claim expenses for business travel and because I didn't get one, now I have to keep chasing the front desk via phone to send me one on email. Never had this problem at any other hotel.

Was booked into a queen bed and got given a small double , floor had not been hoovered , no rooms with baths , breakfast was chaotic no structure to it and food was not cooked properly

It was easy and efficient checkin and out. A young lad from Bristol originally, helped me and we had a charming discussion about the Quays. My daughter and I did decide to go and visit the Quay side and he was a hundred precent right.

Had a pleasant check in, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good size, clean and tidy. Had most ammenities but lacked a fridge which would have been nice.
The breakfast in the morning was really busy and staff struggled to keep up with demand at peak times, so be prepared to wait or go early.

Great location from Victoria Station.
Stayed one night so we didn't have to rush home drom the a.o arena.
Wasn't disappointed with anything at all, lovey room, bed, staff, catering staff and service.
Would stay again and would recommend to anyone considering to stay here.
