Parking is an issue around the hotel. Actually it is a big issue for whole city. Really hard to find an appropriate place for your car. The staff was friendly and helpful even though we have never seen each other. They set it up for us to check-in late like 2-3am.The towels and generally the room were very clean. The room is really big and we could have our morning coffees in the room. There is no kettle for hot water fortunately we had ours. You can find a small place downstairs for coffee and tea, or only the cups. The location is close to the city center, 6-8 mins by car. It was easy to access everywhere. İt was a price/performance stay and we are appreciated.

Really loved my terrace room overlooking the ruins. They helped me taxis as well. You can walk to downtown but it has more of a neighborhood feel.

The place did not match wat was expected from the pictures. The bathroom was great. But the room had a certain smell that never went. The floor looked dirty even though it was cleaned. The water from the shared electric kettle had white deposits on it so I could not drink any hot drinks. The staff were helpful especially the gentleman. However, I would not stay there again. For a similar price I stayed in amazing accommodation in Pireaus, and Athens city centre.

The room 2B, that they gave me is located above the reception and it has a big window towards it. It is very noisy from the receptionist work/talking during the day and at night something like loud repeatedly alarm was on from 4am until 6 am!!!! It woke me up and drove me crazy! I didn't sleep at all because I have to check out at 7 am. What a nightmare!

For the cost I thought this was excellent value. Wi-Fi very good, shower modern and good pressure. Plenty of free water and centrally located. Great job!

It is ok for a night, the rooms are clean, big and modern. There was a smell from the bathroom. Overall was good as expected.

It was our second time in Urban Donkey. Once again, everything was just perfect. Staff was very friendly. We definitely want to go back one day.

When we visit the city, it was very hot and the air condititon in the room was just perfect! The staff was very helpful and our experience was just wonderful. I recommend Urban Monkey to everyone who looks for a great stay in the city.
