Room was nice. The toilet paper holder keep opening up and the toilet paper kept falling on the floor. Screen door on balcony is not working. Room temperature was hard to get a comfortable setting. The staff and valets were friendly and did a excellent job. I would stay again.

Nice view and location. Parking was challenging. After a $20 surcharge, the car was misplaced. Front desk staff was unpleasant. Unexpected for a place like this.

Pretty hotel, but a few issues. Cable system had to be re booted for some reason so a lot of the channels did not work, our mini fridge did not work so they replaced it with a mini freezer such that we thought it was still a fridge and it ruined all our food and wine, our room was over the dishwasher that ran numerous times and the bed was very low to the ground

Facility, staff, and location were all very nice. This was a relief after several stressful days in a row. There was an odd glitch where our room only had hot water for almost two hours (even the toilet was flushing hot!), which made getting ready in the morning difficult. But it sorted itself out after we had breakfast and a walk.

Rooms are lovely and river views are beautiful. Showers are amazing. Dining choices are excellent, but easy stroll into New Hope for many more excellent dining choices. Roof bar is not to be missed as well as deck bar off of main Odette's dining room.

Amazing! From the second we got there, it felt so comfortable and welcoming! Amazing views, food, bars and restaurants. Cant' wait to visit in the fall!

Highly recommended the restaurants at this hotel they were both amazing. The staff were quite helpful and polite. The hotel offers complementary bicycles so you can ride into town or neighboring Lambertville ( just over the bridge). What I didn't like about the hotel... They charge you $20.00 per day for your car. Really? I'm staying at your hotel and you're charging me to keep my car there? Second.. the mattress on the bed was Terrible with a capital T! The staff tried to help but the padded topper didn't help If it wasn't for the two negative items I mentioned I woul give the hotel a top rating.

I had to fix one of the broken lamps next to the bed. There were spiders in the bathroom. The seal to the shower door was broken which caused water to get onto the bathroom floor causing a safety hazard. I also had to pay an additional $20 for valet which I never used. Would not recommend staying here for the price.

Overall, wonderful stay. Beautiful location, nice room and great food at the restaurant! Would come back. They really need to figure out the valet situation - it is currently a disaster. At peak hours it is borderline unsafe - longs line of cars and vehicles being left unattended. The process of dropping off and picking up our car proved time consuming and stressful. Defeats the purpose of providing valet service.
