The staff was very nice I came into town with my wife and children for a wedding. When we came back from the wedding our room smelled of marijuana.

Our studio room was quite spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was nice although we did not use it much. The big shower was great. The shower head was nice except when rinsing shampoo from long, thick hair; but it just took a little longer.

Stay was okay. Nothing special. The rooms are a bit dilapidated and the bathroom we stayed in was moldy, old shower head and ripped up curtains. There were no bed sheets for the sofa bed (sofa bed was really bad condition)

The room was not cleaned from the previous guests. There were used towels on the bathroom floor, garbage in all cans, the soaps were used, and the beds were a mess. Called to talk to the front desk and their initial resolution was to send up some towels and toilet paper while being adamant that the room was cleaned. After showing pictures and arguing with the supervisor, they finally offered another room. During this time I chatted Hotels.com customer service, they were no help either, and said the hotel was taking care of it (with the offer of staying in the room and getting new towels.)

This was a safe, well appointed accommodation. The only problem was because it’s pet friendly and the housecleaning was not good. There were dog food, kibbles, and hair everywhere and we did not have a shower curtain. When I called to report it, they apologized and brought me a shower curtain immediately.

The first room is on The first floor which was musty and a handicap assessable. Our second room is on the third floor, which was a little bit better. Although there were things that were broken, the freezer door handle and my opinion, I believe this property needs a little work.

Staff were friendly but I was told I could get a handicapped room when we checked in and there were none. You should add supports in the bathroom and clean the shower better. We were at the end of a hallway and on the 4th floor if there had been a fire I would have been in big trouble!

The couch was withered and old and the tub had mold all around it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and there was no extra blankets or pillows. And it was a bummer that you had to order outside the hotel to get food. However, the people who worked there were lovely and kind and gracious.

Stayed here 1 night. Very nice, clean and friendly staff. The only issue was the A/C made a lot of noise.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It was like having a studio apartment. The full size refrigerator was nice to have in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing was that they did not have enough pillows to accommodate their guests.
