The resort had very good amenities, minus maybe a tennis court. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was fairly new. Lots of good food options...make your reservations as early as possible. Would definitely visit again.

It’s our second time staying here. Overall wonderful hotel. Alexis at the maxal restaurant was exceptional. I’ve never met anyone so attentive and courteous 👍👍👍

Excellent staff!! The main pool was a little too warm and the pool was cloudy. The pool bartenders were excellent. The hotel lobby could have used one or two more, as it was always packed. The beach Does not have the prettiest water. This is the first time I’ve been to Cancun and stayed where the water was not that crystal clear pretty blue. The hotel was beautiful though!

One of the best hotels, the food is actually good, the restaurant staff is helpful and nice, the beach was calm and beautiful with two outdoor pools, drinks plentiful and tasty. Reception staff in some cases was the only downside, not very friendly as if it was a huge burden to answer a few questions. Definitely would return here again. FYI the hotel is not near Cancun hotel zone.

I got food poisoning the very first day.i was in bed for the entire trip.
I had to have the doctor come to my room. I did not get to enjoy this trip.

I have had the pleasure of visiting one of the finest establishments, characterized by its exceptional cleanliness and the impeccable service the entire hotel staff provides. Having a transportation service to and from the airport would be nice.

The entire staff from the bellboys, reception (check-in), concierge, hostess, restaurant managers, waiters, chefs, food and drink service manager, bartenders, shops attendants, cleaning crew and pool staff were fantastic. My wife have gluten allergy and the restaurants took care of her in a very impressive manner. The coffee shop ordered gluten free items for her that were even transported separate from the regular order. We are definitely returning next year.

Awesome Hilton property. Went in August 2024. Clean, well kept, new. Saw 2 insects in 7 days. Good food options, very safe and kid friendly. 10/10 experience.

The resort also offered a variety of fun activities throughout each day, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do. I spent 3 nights with my family at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive, and our overall experience was phenomenal. I upgraded to a suite on the 7th floor with a beach view and a wrap around balcony with a pool view; it was big and beautiful and the kids loved it. Room service prepared and delivered 3 meals(pasta, a burger and a sandwich) in 30 minutes at 200am. The personnel was friendly and professional. The food was excellent at Auma, Maxal; Vela's buffets(breafast and dinner) were varied and outstanding. I wish I had been able to eat one of Vela's lunches. Sunan, the Asian restaurant, was so so. The Azulinda market had good food overall. Their chocolate and strawberry cakes were chewy because they were made with fondant, stay away from those. Their coffee is very good. I was not able to get a reservation for la luce. The Churros were great. It would be a good idea to get there early if you want to book reservations to their best restaurants, otherwise it can get complicated. They have a car rental service and a tour booking service on site and available shuttles to their sister property and the Cancun Airport. Kid's corner had ton of activities for kids including moving nights, spanish classes, face painting and si much more...It is a great place for kids and teens.
All in all, it was an outstanding experience. I will definitely return if I am ever in that area of Cancun.

Japanese sushi salad was also with instant noodle! Sushi rolls were mushy-like! The chef should have learned and trained how to cook Chinese or Japanese food before offering to public!
