WE stayed two nights to attend a medical procedure for an elderly family member. Our request for ground floor rooms and rooms close by each other was well met. The elders complained of noise from other guests on both nights, both from the hallway and from above the ceiling of their room. Our rooms were close to the lounge area at Motel entrance - probably because we asked for accessibility for the older couple. If we had been further down corridors we might have heard less noise. In any case, we cannot blame the property for the careless nature of other guests.

Two chairs needed when two people are booked. Lack of plates, bowls and cutlery, no plates, no bowls and no knives or forks only 2 teaspoons provided.

Nice and modern and clean. Internet strength was weak and the rooms need block out blinds as had carpark lights on all night.

Everything about the property was very good. The only negative aspect was that the fire emergency alarm system was activated for no apparent reason in the early hours of the morning and there was no staff member on site to attend to it. I rang emergency to have the fire brigade investigate and deactivate.

The property was very bland and stark. Only takeaway foods available in the area.

With mine workers staying there you need more parking, we had to utilise a disabled parking space, as did quite a few other people. Otherwise the property was well presented.

Very modern clean facility. Close to the highway. Easily accessible and suits late arrivals/checkin.

Didn't stay because my card got declined for insufficient funds at the time and cancelled my booking but also was poor with contact got contacted once with a message at 7am and then a phone call at 8pm on day of staying to say the same thing the message in the morning .

I've stayed here a number of times since it opened and some of the rooms you can tell have had a lot of traffic through them. Side tables are missing from room's the tv doesn't sit correctly on the wall. This last room i stayed in the tv pointed more to the ceiling. Mattresses could do with replacement. Time of my visit the grounds outside had rubbish and empty pizza boxes laying around.
