We were in town for an event at the college. It was very convenient to everything, staff was very helpful with directions, accommodating an early arrival as well as questions about the town.

Overall it was a alright stay. The beds aren’t that comfortable so sleep was restless. There were no towels in the pool area and we are pretty sure there was a family that wasn’t staying at the hotel using the pool. Not a huge deal just odd. Breakfast was so so. No fresh fruit and mainly carb options. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber and the scrambled eggs were on the watery side which made them mushy. This was our first stay at a Comfort Suites and we probably won’t choose this chain again.

The bed was uncomfortable and you felt springs in your back. The bed and box cover were dirty and stained. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the tissue box was full of balled up used tissues.

This location was close enough to the main area of downtown Marietta without being right in the middle of everything. Easy parking, nice room, friendly staff!

Very good hotel for the price. As others have noted the stained carpet in the hallways is unappealing but my room was very clean and comfortable

This hotel was ok. There was black mold around the air vent on the ceiling. The shower floor was clean, but there was a lot of mildew around the edges. The staff were nice, but not really friendly. You can tell it’s an older hotel that has been renovated. The beds were ok, and the TV was nice.
