Last night stay in Rome, Italy.
The Hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was clean, neat, and quiet. Rooftop restaurant was excellent.
Wonderful way to end a fabulous trip.

Multiple things went off the rails at this hotel, a collection of moments that alone might make you shrug and tolerate it for the night. But along comes a dealbreaker with a bed that’s so uneven you lie on a hard seam in the middle and roll to either side. I propped myself up with pillows but the stench of other guests was overwhelming. I felt like I was laying in bed with a stranger. It was stomach turning. When I complained I was more or less gaslit, with reception claiming no one before had complained—as if that invalidates my experience. I didn’t sleep at all. Not even the linens were as listed on the hotels.com site, which said there were down comforters; they were thin polyester fill. The room cost $700 for two nights, a tremendous cost for a space that was scuffed and tattered. The robes were thin, worn and scratchy. There weren’t even toiletries as the listing showed. Instead, one tiny packet of lotion was left on the counter. You expect much more for that price. It was outrageous. The staff was defensive about the complaint and seemed to not understand the basics of hospitality. Basically if you stay at this hotel understand that it’s a glorified dorm room, a crash pad with a facade of elegance that crumbles as soon as you come through the room’s door.
P.S. The design is so roughshod that when you put a towel on the rack under the sink it renders the space too narrow for the door to open. Nothing really works.

This hotel is situated in the right place to walk to most attractions,
Breakfast was chaotic.it is in a small room. When full one has to wait for a table. The waiters are nice but when busy has no time to attend to the guests.
The roof top restaurant is very nice & warm enough with gas flame heating. The waiters offer good customer care. The menu is a welcome change from Pasta & Pizza.
The only place to sit for drinks in the evening is in the seating area of the roof top .The bar downstairs where breakfast is available would make a good alternative to relax as one does not always want to go to the roof top.

The area of Trastevere is a great place to stay--lots of great recommendations and felt much less touristy than other areas of Rome. UNAHotels was great for us as two mid 30 year olds. Excellent breakfast, fun rooftop bar for dinner and/or drinks (but you need reservations!). As some others have commented, the walls in the rooms do show some signs of aging with scuffs, but otherwise our room was clean and super comfy.

Location is great. About a 20 minute walk to the center. Amenities are great as well. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant. I was disappointed with front desk staff, when we asked for taxi for airport she told us it would be 10€ more because of location. I told her that’s not correct but she insisted. That was not true it’s a flat fee of 55€ for rome airport. Saying that our hotel stay was great. Would highly recommend

The location of this hotel semi makes up for the copious amount of marks on the wall and someone else’s hair in my bathroom when I checked in. Additionally, if you book the “pay at check in” option, expect an email 5 days before where you’re asked to pay for your stay through a link. In the email, it threatened to cancel my reservation if I did not pay. It was an extremely strange and uncomfortable email to receive, especially in the age of various internet scams. For these reasons I would never stay here again. The experience does not match the premium price you’re charged. Hotel staff upon check in were also very rude.

Great hotel in a great location - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Also found out that Trastavere is definitely the place to be on the weekends, massive crowds of people just having a good time within a few blocks, but far enough away that the hotel was quiet.

This place is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. The breakfast is awesome. The reception people are wonderful. I recommend you ask to NOT stay on the 6th or 7th floors, though, because they play old American music on tinny, crummy speakers at FULL BLAST from 7:30 AM - 11 PM, from the 7th flr where their restaurant is. It can be heard blasting in our room (602). I love the songs, but there's no reason on Earth to play music that loud on such cheap speakers. Reminded me of the dorms! Other than that, it was perfect. Note: it is a LONG way from the main attractions, so expect a 20 euro cab anywhere you want to see, or to walk 30-45 minutes (Coliseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps, etc.)

Beautiful hotel. We loved it. Beautiful room and easy walking distance to all of Trastevere (which is about 45 minutes walking distance away from central Roma where all the sights are). We loved the distance - we walked everyday. Beautiful! And very friendly staff.

My husband enjoyed our stay at Unahotel. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the Colosseum, The Forum, The Fountain of Trevi, Spanish Stairs, and The Pantheon. It was a 20 minute taxi ride from the train station, and about 40 minutes from the airport.
We enjoyed an apperitivo and dinner at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view at sunset is amazing!
My 2 requests to make this hotel the absolute best:
1) Eliminate or replace the heavy scent in the reception area. I love a good deodorizer or pretty scent but this smelled like a heavy men's cologne.
2) The complimentary breakfast was not good. I think the hotel should stay true to an Italian breakfast and not offer hot dog and baked beans. Nor the scrambled eggs which tasted like they were made from powder.
