A beautiful old world building very close to the water and walking distance to just about everything. Very nice hosts that were very helpful when I mentioned I was looking for a place to go out. Will definitely be back.

We've stayed at the Captaion's repeat several times and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The room is delightful, the location superb, and the people are friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The house is lovely and spotlessly clean and we'd have no problems returning. However, the room we chose was beside the front door, so as the other guests came and went we'd be disturbed by the front door closing. The Captain's Retreat Apartments will be our choice should we visit the area again, but we would choose a different room.

It is a beautifully decorated historical property, which is easily accessible and a real joy to stay at. Melissa was a friendly host, who is very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property.

Super friendly welcome and a nice little surprise room upgrade. This place is decorated beautifully and makes you feel so at home. Huge shared kitchen and lounge room which leads out onto a large patio. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Walking distance to many choices of places to eat.

A fabulous place to stay. Super quiet, extremely comfortable, and a great size to relax and enjoy some downtime. If you need somewhere for a few nights, Stephanie’s Apartment is a great choice.

Family enjoyed it, with smart tv, large slection of channels and a complimentary welcome basket of quality home made bread, cereals, milk and juice upon arrival. Lovely garden area off the front and bedroom sliding doors. Quiet (relative for in town), and close to local pubs and restaurants. Narelle very welcoming and will be back again.

We were upgraded to a suite, we were greeted by the host and she took the time to talk to us about local culture, etc. She even offered to store our luggage, made arrangements to get our room ready ahead of time, and offered to drive us to the store. The gift basket was fantastic! Well worth the stay, best one we stayed in for our whole trip!

Whilst the property was excellent, I was absolutely freezing, the air con was very ineffective. Otherwise excellent.
