This is the best hotel someone can find in osaka. It is connected to a mall, easy access to shops, many many restaurants not only around this hotel but also in the same building. The view of this hotel is unique and great. There is no betterment option than this hotel in osaka for sure !

Hotel Marriott Miyako is a gem, location is fantastic, heart of Osaka. The hotel has a super staff, efficient, friendly, and professional. Great breakfast :)

The property was very clean and nice. The train stations are right underground. There’s plenty of shops and dining. The soaker tub was great after a long day of walking.

It was a very special experience in Osaka. The Miyako Hotel was a very great hotel. It gave me a very great view. If I visit Osaka again, I will definitely stay again. I would like to recommend it to everyone. In particular, I would like to thank the employees saaya and Yuina Nagata (Housekeeping team).

This hotel is right next to metro and train connections. I've stayed here last year and decided to stay here again. Great staff, clean, quiet room, great amenities. I usually get an in room massage.

During our regular visits to Osaka, we often choose to stay at this particular hotel due to its prime location and the convenience of the transportation network situated right beneath the hotel, not to mention the adjacent shopping malls, which make it an easy pick for us. So the experience has settled into a routine, with nothing particularly surprising or awe-inspiring to note. Also, this time the shower head pressure was strong but it sprayed in an unfocused manner. Burnt out lightbulbs one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom were not fixed. Contrary to the online images, the room lacked a sofa near the TV wall on our visits in February and last September. Service was generally satisfactory, although an encounter with a concierge who initially asked me to find travel information myself online was unexpectedly off-putting, before he assisted me. Yet, another staff member was helpful and printed out information for my convenience. Housekeeping was efficient and neat. Overall, the staff was friendly and polite, and the lady who assisted us with our heavy suitcases to the B2 floor on our checkout day was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly, which was nice. However, there was no direct exit to the taxi stand, making it inconvenient when trying to catch a taxi.

Superb view, fascinating both daytime and nighttime. Breakfast choice of food is a bit disappointing . Hotel location is very convenient and close to a few shopping malls. No need to bring thick coat even cold weather as can walk indoor from hotel to shopping malls.

The hotel celebrates its tenth year this year, and the overall feeling is still like a brand new hotel, which is maintained with great care. This time we still chose to stay in our favorite room 3819. It feels like a brand new one, not a bit old. I believe the hotel is very attentive to maintaining the cleanliness of the room. During my stay of 8 days and 7 nights, the room was clean and well-maintained. Even if there are occasional supplies missing, they will make it up immediately if you leave a message. Even though the staff is friendly and courteous, there are some services that have been simplified (like helping with luggage、no tickets to the observation deck included etc.). In general, this hotel is still an excellent choice due to its excellent location, clean facilities, and outstanding service.

Fantastic location in every sense for dining, shopping, access to Kansai Airport, etc. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Concierge service was also excellent in securing and recommending dining options. Would definitely recommend the Osaka Marriott Miyako and will stay here again on our next visit.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. I’m sure all do, but our room on floor 55 had fantastic views, was silent, excellent quiet aircon, plenty of space, huge comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and amenities, with a separate top of range automatic toilet with wash and blow dry. The club lounge has no view, but is a great place to escape the hectic city and enjoy lots of treats and drinks. Afternoon tea, cocktails, food and more, it never feels crowded or rushed, just chilled and gives you a reluctance to leave. It’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t have a public bath with views. But having stayed in a number of hotels in this price range in Osaka and beyond, it is definitely my favourite. The staff smile and are genuinely friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon!
